Very nice sunny apartment, quiet.

My place is close to the village and restaurants. It is very functional, quiet and comfortable. There is a very nice terrace where you only hear the birds singing and sometimes some cicadas. To access the apartment there is a staircase with Japanese steps not recommended for people with reduced mobility. It is totally independent and you will feel perfectly at ease there.

Enjoy this ground floor cottage refurbished this year, comfortable, fully equipped to stay in Gruissan. Alone, as a couple, or with a baby, this pretty outbuilding is suitable for any type of configuration. Located strategically at the entrance of the Chalets, you will be as close as possible to amenities (restaurants, shops), public transport and especially the beach.
