We had a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, Philippe gave us a warm welcome and provided lots of helpful information about the flat and the surrounding area. Communication was excellent throughout—super quick response times—and he even picked us up from the coach station, which was very much appreciated. The flat itself has a beautiful view of the sea from the balcony, and the beach is just a stone’s throw away. It had everything we needed for a self-catering holiday and more. The location is perfect—right on the beach, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and small shops nearby. There's also a lovely promenade, ideal for walks along the beach. I definitely recommend this property, and if we return to Canet-Plage, we will absolutely stay here again!

Apartment matches the listing and the description. Very nice bedding. Rather quiet neighborhood, a little out of the way. The beach is a few minutes' walk away. Parking is secure. Accommodation completely in line with the description. Ultra quiet cottage located at the end of a cul-de-sac. The rooms are large and the bedding is perfect The kitchen is well equipped. Everything is planned, even the board games... And Brice is very easy to reach so everything is perfect for a good stay.

The house has everything you need, it's great for going with dogs. The outdoor barbecue is great. We loved the stay. Thank you very much!

An idyllic stay by the sea! We had a great time at Philippe's apartment ideally located on the seafront. The daily market, right at the foot of the accommodation, offers a nice selection of fresh local products: a real pleasure to cook or just feast. Many shops are also within walking distance, making everyday life very convenient. The beach is superb and perfect for long walks . The apartment is comfortable and well equipped , a real little corner of heaven for a relaxing holiday.

We spent an extended weekend in Danielle's apartment, who was very kind, pleasant and eager to facilitate our stay. The apartment is very well equipped, the rooms are air-conditioned and the large terrace is very pleasant. The parking space and the proximity of the Graezel beach are important assets. So we are delighted with our stay.

wow, what an incredible place to stay, right in the heart of an amazing vineyard and olive groves. The loft was very spacious with a beautiful little courtyard that gets the sun all day long. it's a perfect base to explore the many gorgeous towns and beaches that Lucien shows you on checking in. We had the most relaxing stay and wouldn't hesitate to come back.

The apartment is very well equipped with a balcony that allows a beautiful view of the garden and the sea. Communication with Fabrice was excellent at all times.

Clémence is a very friendly and available host. Quiet accommodation, very clean and very well located (beach/shops, activities, etc.) Clear instructions. The residence is equipped with a very well-secured swimming pool for children😁. Thanks again to Murielle for her warm hosting. The apartment is ideally located, facing the beach, very well-equipped. We had a great time for a week. For those looking for a quiet place to stay, on a very pretty beach and what's more, with a very responsive and welcoming host, go there without so much as a second thought! PS: And we're not even talking about the view from the terrace, superb!

Very nice house, in line with the photos, very quiet location, not far from amenities, I would highly recommend it to all. The host is very responsive and adapts to your needs.

We was four with my kid and my dog. The host is very communicative. Very good instructions. Their apartment is very clean. Very close to the beach and wow that place it’s amazing. It is a very big beach very natural, not too many surroundings. You can easily play with the kids and the dog near to the seaside in total silence without a lot of people around.. Aamazing sunrises and amazing sunsets. I am highly recommended this place considering to its location and considering it’s very nice host.

We had a great time at this lovely cottage in Gruissan! Very well located, close to everything, with perfect sunshine to enjoy the exteriors. The place is comfortable, well equipped and really comfortable to stay in. A big thank you to our host. We'll be happy to go back!

Very nice apartment, large and bright, nice balcony to admire the sea despite the house in full renovation works just in front. And above all, everything is within walking distance, the beach of course, and shops (including supermarkets) and restaurants. Fabienne is very responsive, answers all questions, and accommodating for checkins/checkout (autonomous). We enjoyed ourselves!

Very well located chalet, close to the beach, shops and parking. Terrace overlooking the parking lot. Nice decoration. Very well equipped. Only a few small shadows on the painting: smell of humidity on the ground floor, absence of canisse or other system to make shade on the terrace (rental in June but can be offered in July-August), bedding to be reviewed. Hassle-free communication. Very easy access by key box.

The reception on the phone by Martine, very nice, and by Lucien, responsive, and the schedules are not fixed. Quiet apartment and view of the port like the photos. Enjoyed the stay.

We loved our stay here! As a family of 5, it couldn’t have been better set out. The beach location was fabulous and our kids loved it. There were some games to play including the hut. We swam every day and I loved swimming before breakfast and yoga on the beach. We also ran the length of the beach (beware of naked sunbathers!) and explored the local area. It was such a pleasure to relax and watch the kids playing on the beach. Fresh baguettes are available at the camping shop. Sandra made everything so easy and sent us videos to make check in very easy. Highly recommended!
