Central studio apartment with smart TV, 1.60 bed, sofa with coffee table, simple kitchen with hob, fridge and necessary kitchen utensils. Bathroom with shower, toilet and wash. Small table that can be used as a desk or dining area for two people. The apartment is attached to the host's apartment but private with its own entrance from the main entrance. Possibilities for washing laundry with the host upon request. The bedroom/ living room is facing the street so some noise can be experienced, but not a car trafficked street.

Purchasing of brand new continental bed that will be replaced with the one in bedroom picture, the new bed comes in the apartment as of 29.04.25 (see photo in gallery) Possible with accommodation on the sofa bed in the living room.

Shopping, restaurants, bar's, parks, supermarkets og close to the tram and bus that will take you to almost every place in Oslo within 5-15 min. Tram (11, 12, 18) and Bus (21, 30) is right outside that takes you to, Aker Brygge/Tjuvholmen, Frogner, Majorstuen, City Center. Airportbus is stopping 1.5min walk from the apartment.

This cozy apartment is located in the middle of Grünerløkka, the hippest area in all of Oslo. The apartment is close to everything, which makes it easy to plan the visit. During 1-5 min. walk you can reach Sofienbergparken, Rathkes plass, Restaurant Apostrophe, Botanical Garden, 6-7 various grocery stores, many restaurants and even more secondhand shops. My apartment is surrounded by the beautiful parks Botaniske Hage, Tøyenparken and Sofienbergparken. The popular Grünerløkka is just a short walk away with the coffee shops, restaurants, concert venues, shops etc. Just outside the building you can take both buses and trams which will take you downtown in 5 min. Or you can enjoy a 15 minute walk. No TV, but a projector and Hdmi-cable is available for streaming. My dog is never in the flat when it is rented out on Airbnb.

Great and bright apartment with good standard. Central location on Grünerløkka with short distance to restaurants, bars, shops and public transport. The apartment has a 120 cm bed, TV, as well as a nice and airy balcony. In addition, there is a great shared roof terrace with a good view. Here you get the whole apartment for yourself! Check in is usually at 1700 but it is possible to check in earlier if it suits😊
