Peaceful nice place to stay with very central location and late check out time (at 3pm). We are mainly looking for people over 23 years old, you come to Oslo only to party, this is not the apartment for you. There is a sofa bed (150 cm wide) where it is possible to sleep 1 more adult or two children if you are a family or 3 friends. Four adults are also possible. The apartment is in the first floor of the inner courtyard. There are two backyards where the entrance to the apartment is located in the innermost.

Leiligheten har en populær beliggenhet med kort vei til kaféer, restauranter, shopping og parker. Trikk og buss like utenfor døra. Kort vei til Karl Johan og Bogstadveien. MERK: Leiligheten er mitt private hjem med personlige eiendelerer i fjerde etasje uten heis. Nøkkelen hentes med EasyPick på annen adresse (åpningstider: 08-00, 09-23 på søndager). Ca 5 min å gå fra leiligheten.

This cozy apartment is located in the middle of Grünerløkka, the hippest area in all of Oslo. The apartment is close to everything, which makes it easy to plan the visit. During 1-5 min. walk you can reach Sofienbergparken, Rathkes plass, Restaurant Apostrophe, Botanical Garden, 6-7 various grocery stores, many restaurants and even more secondhand shops. The apartment itself has many authentic details, such as original wood stove and panel walls. The apartment is 40m2 and has a low bed.

My apartment is surrounded by the beautiful parks Botaniske Hage, Tøyenparken and Sofienbergparken. The popular Grünerløkka is just a short walk away with the coffee shops, restaurants, concert venues, shops etc. Just outside the building you can take both buses and trams which will take you downtown in 5 min. Or you can enjoy a 15 minute walk. No TV, but a projector and Hdmi-cable is available for streaming. My dog is never in the flat when it is rented out on Airbnb.
