The cozy house with a large garden and sauna (fee fee) is located on the edge of the forest in the Märkische Schweiz Nature Park, just 50 km from Berlin-Mitte. The lovingly decorated house has a beautiful view of the forest, a large eat-in kitchen, fireplace and underfloor heating. In the village there are 3 lakes with natural swimming areas and an outdoor pool. Hiking in the nature park, cycling, reading in the hammock, grilling, relaxing, cooking together, sitting by the campfire or working in peace - all this is possible here.

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation, picturesque village Ihlow, in the Märkische Schweiz (5km walk through the forest to Buckow), 55km east of Berlin. You can swim in the Reichenower Lake (3km) or in the Grosser Thornowsee. If you don't have a car, you can get there by bus or bicycle (18km) from Straussberg Nord station. Die kleine Ferienwohnung hat ca. 30 m², eine Dusche + WC sowie einen Wohn/Schlafraum mit integriertem Küchenbereich und ist besonders gut für Paare und Dienstreisende geeignet. Wer eine Unterkunft für Unternehmungen in die Hauptstadt Berlin oder in eine wunderschöne, landschaftliche Umgebung sucht, ist hier sehr gut untergebracht.Die Straßenbahn nach Berlin ist etwa 7 Gehminuten entfernt, von dort mit der S-Bahn bis in die City nochmal etwa 45 min, mit dem Auto ist man in 30 min im Stadtzentrum.

Im Naturpark der Märkischen Schweiz, im hübschen Waldsieversdorf, steht unsere 50 m2 Holzhütte auf einem separaten Grundstück mit eigenem Garten. Es liegt idyllisch am Waldrand des Stöbbertals. Die Holzhütte ist voll isoliert, so dass ihr hier auch im Winter gemütlich wohnen könnt. Es gibt einen 7 KW Kamin, der euch mit ein paar Scheiten Holz angenehme und langanhaltende Wärme spendet. Außerdem gibt es im Bad einen Stromheizkörper. Im Schlafzimmer steht ein bequemes großes Boxspringbett .

Our small guest house is well connected, but still far away from the hustle and bustle of Berlin. In the middle of the forest and only a ten-minute walk from Lake Müggelsee, our house offers the perfect accommodation for a short vacation in the countryside or for day trips to the city. Up to four people will find sufficient space on 30 m² and with the well-equipped kitchen, a private bathroom and fireplace, no wishes should remain unfulfilled. My little holiday paradise is located in a quiet and beautiful green area, about 2 minutes walk from the river Spree. The bungalow is very well equipped with underfloor heating, fireplace, very comfy sofa bed and great attention to detail. Various shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity and the bus stops just around the corner. The motorway to Berlin and the train station are only 10 minutes by car.. They are easily accessible by car and public transport. There are many parking spaces on the premises. Various shops and restaurants are nearby. For relaxation and sports, garden furniture, play equipment, bikes and paddle boats can be used free of charge. And Berlin City is very close!

This wonderful new 120 sqm attic/penthouse apartment with a sauna is in the Viktoriakiez (quiet location) - 5 min walk to Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and a 10-minute walk to Rummelsburg Bay by the water. The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop from the trendy Ostkreuz and 2 stops from Warschauer Strasse. PS: I own an original 5 meter Riva boat from Italy. Thus, a private boat tour through Berlin can also be booked at any time with me.
