It boasts .65 acres of nature, a pool/hot tub, a main house, two casitas, a playground, and a trampoline for you and your guests (22 people, 11 beds). It's great for special occasions and retreats. While the property offers a peaceful retreat in a rural community, it's just a 10-minute drive to the vibrant city of San Marcos. Thus, you can enjoy the best of both worlds: tranquility and convenience.

Texas Hill Country 1 bedroom Cottage w/ loft

The cozy cottage provides up to 400 square feet that can accommodate 4 adults and 4 children with a queen size bed in the bedroom, a sleeper sofa in the living room, plus an overhead loft area with two full mattresses for the kids. These rentals come fully furnished with a private bathroom, linens for the downstairs, air conditioning, TV, and a kitchen with full appliances. Outside is a covered porch with four chairs, plus a charcoal grill and picnic table to enjoy the Texas sunshine.

This home is within 2 miles of the outlet mall. Only 15 miles to New Braunfels. Texas State and the San Marcos River is also within 2 miles. Downtown area with Cafe on the Square and Grins are college populareateries. Gruene, Tx with the Guadalupe River for fun and tube floating is also 5 miles away. It is our personal home and I closed off the 3rd bdrm. Popular Gruene, TX is only 5 miles out and COTA 40 miles.
