There are 4 rooms (2 suites) with a/c, towels and sheets laundry cleaned. Strong wifi signal. Spacious living room with Smart TV, Sky, air conditioning and two tables for meals and games, both great for working. Kitchen with all utensils. Checkin is simple and remote. The beach, very quiet, is 90 meters from the house. Efficient and attentive hosts!

Ocean front house - delightful view

Very comfortable house, with a "U" big front porch, spacious living room, 4 bedrooms (one suite - a private bathroom), 2 bathrooms, garden with barbecue equipment and garage for 3 cars. Built during the 50'ies, very spacious. It has been totally remodeled in 2020. You can also make a cruise on a sail boat which belongs to my brother, a very experienced captain. The house is located on Pontal da Cruz Beach (see through the Waze App, as Google Maps recognizes it as Praia do Partido, but the address is correct). Apartment located in the Village de Guaeca condominium, on Guaeca Beach, approximately 20 meters from the beach. Guaeca is one of the most beautiful beaches in São Sebastião. The area is very quiet, well wooded and has very easy access to the beach. You will be only 3 km from Baraqueçaba Beach, where you will find a bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, etc. Our guests can enjoy the common pool area of the condominium.

An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing. The place has a delicious energy to rest and contemplate the stunning view of the sea and Ilhabela, which is in front of us. It's a unique paradise! Namaste We accept 1 pet per stay (up to 20 kg).
