The house offers privacy and a nature-focused experience with comfort and convenience. We are located close to the historic center and the island’s northern beaches. A space designed for those seeking tranquility and easygoing days, in a welcoming and well-maintained environment.

Beautiful home with heated pool, close to the sea

*House and neighborhood not affected by rain* Super well decorated single storey house with swimming pool, 2 decks, sun loungers, barbecue. There are 4 rooms (2 suites) with a/c, towels and sheets laundry cleaned. Strong wifi signal. Spacious living room with Smart TV, Sky, air conditioning and two tables for meals and games, both great for working. Kitchen with all utensils. Checkin is simple and remote. The beach, very quiet, is 90 meters from the house. Efficient and attentive hosts!

Our Chalet - Ilhabela

Welcome to Our Chalet - a beautiful construction in harmony with Nature and decorated with great charm and comfort. Located in a gated community 3 km from Curral Beach, south of Ilhabela, with paved access from the ferry. Integrated into the Atlantic Forest and with an ocean view from all rooms. Perfect for 1 couple, but accommodates up to 4 people. Fiber optic Wi-Fi, plus the possibility of 4G for the perfect home office. Fenced chalet and garage area for the safety of your pet.

Ocean front house - delightful view

Very comfortable house, with a "U" big front porch, spacious living room, 4 bedrooms (one suite - a private bathroom), 2 bathrooms, garden with barbecue equipment and garage for 3 cars. Built during the 50'ies, very spacious. It has been totally remodeled in 2020. You can also make a cruise on a sail boat which belongs to my brother, a very experienced captain. The house is located on Pontal da Cruz Beach (see through the Waze App, as Google Maps recognizes it as Praia do Partido, but the address is correct). Spacious, single-story house with 1,700 m² of land facing the sea. Swimming pool with depth for all children and adults, beautiful garden with coconut trees and trees by the beach and a poolside barbecue area. Boat trips with quick access to Ilhabela and beaches near São Sebastião (to be arranged).

Enjoy all the comfort to relax in an infinity pool overlooking the sea and mountains, in front of Ilha das Cabras and with a breathtaking sunset. All en-suites overlook the sea, have air-conditioning and a large deck with a gourmet area with a barbecue grill, a wood-burning stove and a pizza oven. Easy access to Pedras Miúdas beach, a few minutes' walk away, where you can enjoy kayaking and diving. All this with the security of a gated community.

7-minute walk from Camburizinho/Camburi beach Our house is very exclusive, practically the entire house overlooks the sea (except the bathroom lol), bedroom with queen size bed, ceiling fan and door to the balcony overlooking the sea. Mezzanine with double mattress and glass wall with window and ocean view! Fan Very well ventilated, quiet, and private house! Kitchen with utensils, cozy living room with sofa bed and large windows with a view!

House on Guaeca Beach, 100 meters from the sea!

A casa esta localizada em um condomínio fechado a 100 mts do mar. Da casa saindo pela área da varanda se caminha alguns passos p o jardim e vc tem visão do mar , a casa está localizada numa quadra que não tem entrada pública ficando o local mais reservado. A quadra possue um jardim limpo e arborizado, que leva o hospede ate a praia ! Da sala da casa se ve o gramado e se ouve o canto dos pássaros e é possível ouvir o barulho do mar!

Property right on the sand in front of the beach with beautiful views and a large garden. The house has an ocean view from all areas, from the breakfast table to the comfort of the bed. Located in an ARIE (area of relevant ecological interest), where the USP Marine Research Institute is located. Access to the property and 2 beaches controlled by land. In front of the beach, there is a floating bar for boats and there may be music.

European Chalet in the Forest · Slides and Fireplace

Charming 42 m² wooden chalet, 2 bedrooms with air-conditioning (hot and cold) and 32” smart TV, 1 Gb Fiber Wi-Fi, and 2 balconies — one at the entrance and one in the master bedroom. The living room has a fireplace, 50” smart TV with Netflix and YouTube, a retractable and reclining sofa, and 2 skylights where you can see toucans and parrots. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials to prepare your own meals.

Houseboat, on the sand & charming...

An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing. The place has a delicious energy to rest and contemplate the stunning view of the sea and Ilhabela, which is in front of us. It's a unique paradise! Namaste We accept 1 pet per stay (up to 20 kg).
