Double sofa-bed, single bed, and two extra inflatable double mattresses. Outside we have a deck on the sand in front of the sea, a shower, a hammock swing under a treetop, tables, and benches.

Casa (120m2) no antigo parque aquático de Ilhabela c/ 2 suítes, cozinha completa, WiFi rápido (Fibra óptica 1000Mbps), área c/ próprio quintal c/ churrasqueira e piscina natural de uso exclusivo de quem aluga esta casa! No segundo andar tem a suíte c/ vista p/ estrelas da cama king e da banheira e varanda. A ampla varanda c/ mesa de sinuca e rede leva para uma ponte até o mirante das cachoeiras. Localização bem central, perto das praias, tanto pro sul, Vila, norte ou outro lado da ilha.

Ocean front house - delightful view

Very comfortable house, with a "U" big front porch, spacious living room, 4 bedrooms (one suite - a private bathroom), 2 bathrooms, garden with barbecue equipment and garage for 3 cars. Built during the 50'ies, very spacious. It has been totally remodeled in 2020. You can also make a cruise on a sail boat which belongs to my brother, a very experienced captain. Condomínio Reserve du Moulin very safe, has condominium, cameras, round and nature! In this surroundings is the Casa da Fonte which is quite cozy, illuminated and ventilated. It has a full kitchen and air conditioning in the suites. We offer bed and bath linens prepared with great attention. Ah! It also has a water source to relax with the sound of the water. Arrastão beach is 500 meters away and Padaria Elite is less than a 10-minute walk!

A casa esta localizada em um condomínio fechado a 100 mts do mar. Da casa saindo pela área da varanda se caminha alguns passos p o jardim e vc tem visão do mar , a casa está localizada numa quadra que não tem entrada pública ficando o local mais reservado. A quadra possue um jardim limpo e arborizado, que leva o hospede ate a praia ! Da sala da casa se ve o gramado e se ouve o canto dos pássaros e é possível ouvir o barulho do mar!
