Aceitamos apenas um pet de pequeno porte , sendo proibido circulação dele mesmo em guias e com seus tutores pelo gramado do condomínio , sujeito a multa ! A quadra possui um jardim limpo e arborizado, que leva o hospede ate a praia ! Da sala da casa tem a visão p o gramado e da p ouvir o canto dos pássaros e é possível ouvir o barulho do mar!

Área de lazer com piscina climatizada (28 graus Celsius), sauna úmida, espreguiçadeiras, sofá, mesa externa com cadeiras e ombrelones. Churrasqueira à gás, compacta e de fácil manuseio. Três belas suítes no andar superior: a do casal com cama King Size. Uma suite menor no andar térreo, ideal para uma pessoa. Playground do Condomínio perto da casa.

The beach, very quiet, is 90 meters from the house. Efficient and attentive hosts!

Beautiful house, newly built! Fully furnished and with all new equipment and utensils. Facing a private lawn, 80 meters from the beach! Leisure area all integrated with pool, whirlpool, barbecue, pizza oven. The internet is excellent, 120MB fiber optic + cable TV, both from NET Claro. I venture to say that it is working better here than in SP. Hot and cold water, with heating and pressurization. Which makes the shower amazing.

An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing. The place has a delicious energy to rest and contemplate the stunning view of the sea and Ilhabela, which is in front of us. It's a unique paradise! Namaste We accept 1 pet per stay (up to 20 kg).
