What an amazing and unique place to stay! Somehow when we reserved this, we did not have in our imagination that we would be staying in a beautiful piece of history that has been incorporated into modern life wonderfully. A fantastic surprise to look out the window at the campanile so close, or step into the next room into a roman cave beautifully appointed. And Anna Rita is gracious & warm. We knew without a doubt that if we needed anything she would want to help. I highly recommend this location for you to discover & experience Assisi!

Wonderful place to stay in Pienza. Gorgeous little town in the rolling hills of Tuscany. Host is fantastic too. We had an issue with the front door that they were very quick to fix for us. Would highly recommend if you are going thru Tuscany!

Renato’s place was very extraordinary. We had the entire villa to ourselves. Our 2 bedroom was perfect for our stay. Renato was a great host and was very helpful when we couldn’t find his place right away. He brought us delicious pastries on several occasions. We were in town for a wedding and the villa was not far from the venue. I would recommend this villa to anyone who is looking for some peace and quiet. It can accommodate several families at one time

This was the most magical place to call home while in Tuscany. Marco communicated really well from the beginning, and was available for any questions you may have had. The bathrooms were so clean, the kitchen was well stocked, there were enough pillows and blankets if you got cold and the air conditioning was perfect for those hot days and as a bonus the wifi worked really well. The swimming pool was only a few steps away and had a breathtaking view as well and was super clean. The sunsets were to die for on the front patio and they even provide a table with an umbrella if you want to dine outdoors. This place was so beautiful and felt like home, it was our favourite place in all of Italy.

Nicola and Stefano's place was a real highlight. The apartment, building and surrounds are stunning and the pool was such a lovely retreat at the end of the day exploring. We were met at the bottom of the hill and shown how to access the property and everything is as is shown in the photos. The location is close to so many beautiful towns, restaurants and other activities you could easily stay for much longer. The hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with and provided recommendations for food and activities when we asked. The apartment had everything needed for our little family to cook and live for a week, all the rooms have fans for the heat. We absolutely loved it. Thank you for having us.

Appartement agréable pouvant loger jusqu'à 4 personnes. Bonne literie. Lieu calme. Belle vue sur Spello et proche pour visiter. Également à 10min de la gare pour les arrivées par le train. Hôtes adorables. Je recommande.

Gli host di casa Lieta sono stati molto reattivi e proattivi. Ci ha fatto il check in la moglie, che è stata gentilissima in quel momento e anche durante le comunicazioni successive. Ci ha aiutato dandoci indicazioni e ci hanno fatto trovare anche i biscotti per la colazione. Unica pecca del soggiorno sono stati alcuni elementi della biancheria che forse avrebbero avuto bisogno di essere ricontrollati dopo il lavaggio. Detto questo, ottima esperienza, ci tornerei e la consiglio a tutti!

We had a perfect break in Lorenza’s lovely house. It was extremely spacious and exceptionally clean. The garden is beautiful and well maintained with lots of areas to sit in and enjoy the peaceful environment. Our dogs loved their walks in the woods nearby and they enjoyed meeting all the feline residents! Lorenza and her husband are a lovely friendly couple who have put a lot of thought into ensuring their guests have a great holiday.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Ilaria et sa maman. les explications ont été parfaites et complètes. Le logement était conforme à la description, grand, propre, calme et bien équipé. Les environs sont magnifiques. merci pour tout.

Soggiorno piacevole e pacifico. Casa particolare e suggestiva, letto comodo e terrazzo ampio e grazioso. Ci hanno fatto fatto compagnia tanti mici del paese che hanno reso la nostra permanenza ancora più gradevole. Caleb è stato molto disponibile, soprattutto per il check in anticipato.

La casa di Fabrizio e Tiziana e multo carina. Un po classico che mi piace multo. Ik terazzo era nostre spaxio preferito. Alle matina e sera . Eranno multo cosa da fare . Trevi Spello Fonti di Clotunno. La Vascate delle Marmori Norcia Grazie

What a wonderful stay. Perfect house for a family holiday with plenty of space for everyone. The house is beautiful and the beds all king size and comfy. The outdoor space and pool are perfect for relaxing after exploring the local area. Within easy reach of exploring the Tuscan gems of Siena and Montipluciano as well as lesser known villages such as spectacular Montone. Alessandro was so responsive and helpful providing recommendations for wine tours and a local chef. The local restaurant Mimmi is not to be missed - authentic home cooked food that was one of the best meals we ate - and the bar was set high. Thank you Alessandro for a wonderful and memorable stay.

A beautiful stay in Tuscany perfect for relaxing on the property and visiting towns.

Sara and her family were great hosts, very kind and just great people! Their place was better that we could even imagine. Every morning we could spot deer walking across the valley, pheasants with fluttering sounds...Everything was serene and breathtaking. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Sara's family was beyond hospitable and very responsive to any questions. I am already writing this review with sadness at how much we miss this one-of-a-kind experience.

Erica’s was the perfect home base. Erica provided snacks, coffee, cold drinks and, most impressively, home made olive oil! The accommodation was very spacious and clean, comfortable, and quiet. With all the amenities of home. I could not recommend Erica’s more.

If we could give six stars we would. we were on a flyby visist after visisting some friends near by. location was perfect for what we needed. The house was full equipment with everything our little family of 3 needed but also equipped with extra like breakfast ceral, biscuits, water (natural and mineral). The host really went above and beyond to ensure there guest had a wonderful stay. Extremely impressed.

The apartment is right in the centre of town. It doesn’t matter whether you turn left or right out of the building - you’ll be deep into the historic centre and surrounded by bars and restaurants!! The terrace is an absolute joy - awesome views of the surrounds and a great sunshine trap. Perfect for coffee in the morning as you catchup on emails, and even better in the evening with a glass of wine to watch the sunset.

Ottimo alloggio, in viaggio insieme a mia moglie per una fiera a Bastia, a pochi minuti di auto. Comoda la zona con tutti i servizi e parcheggio privato nelle vicinanze. Ottima comunicazione con l’host, appartamento pulito, ordinato con tutti i comfort. Se avrò necessità di pernottare in zona sicuramente ricontatterò questa struttura! Alla prossima!

Soggiorno perfetto nel cuore di Terni! L’appartamento è completo di tutto il necessario, con una cucina ben attrezzata, ambienti puliti e confortevoli, e l’aria condizionata che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La posizione è davvero ideale: in pieno centro, perfetta per muoversi comodamente anche a piedi e scoprire la città. Un ringraziamento all’host, sempre disponibile e super gentile! Ci ha accolti con grande attenzione e ci ha fornito tantissimi suggerimenti utili su ristoranti, bar e posti da non perdere. Esperienza ottima, assolutamente soddisfatta!

I had an amazing stay at this apartment! The space was spotless, modern, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location couldn't be better, it was just steps away from great restaurants, shops, and public transportation, but still quiet enough to relax at the end of the day. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in super easy. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

Alloggio come da descrizione. Proprio di fianco a San Rufino quindi in pieno centro, ma silenziosissimo di notte perché dà verso un cortile interno. Consiglio di prendere il parcheggio consigliato da Francesco perché al coperto e vicino, a soli 10 euro al giorno. Terrazzo grande e vivibile con sedie e divanetto, panorama splendido, tramonto su Assisi e Santa Chiara incredibile! Vale il prezzo pagato. Cucina completa con olio sale ecc. e Francesco persona gentile e cordiale!
