The cottage is even more beautiful in person, the photos are beautiful but the vibe of the place along with the house is another level. Everything is extremely quiet, clean and organized. Laudemir was very helpful, responded quickly and already explained everything. The beautiful garden, the delightful view, very good taste in the entire cottage. A place to truly recharge and organize your mind. I hope to have many other passages out there ❤️

The house is delicious!! Super cozy and comfortable. It's a complete house! Wonderful bed and bath linens, pool towels were also available. Kitchen complete with utensils and dishes/cups/glasses of all kinds, full tbm barbecue area! There is no shortage of activities for children! Pool buoys, foosball, ping pong, pool, beach tennis rackets and the soccer field! Everything works perfectly. Apart from the pernilongos, we have nothing to complain about. Victor was an excellent host responding to everything quickly. Tbm we were appointed to Thainara to help with cleaning the house on the days we stayed there and it was a great indication. We'll be back!

The house is wonderful, everything was very clean and organized. We were very comfortable and had the support of the housekeeper when we needed it. I highly recommend the experience!

Lucas was one of the best hosts we've ever had, in addition to the quick responses, all the requested adjustments were made with extreme goodwill and agility. The house is so good that it deserved to have a heater in the pool to be unbeatable. We'll be back for sure.

We loved the many trees and other vegetation surrounding our guest house. We had the chance to observe many bird species (although they moved quickly) as well as marmosets. It was almost like being in a treehouse in a jungle. We also appreciated being able to order groceries for our arrival. The personal attention we received was appreciated. For nature lovers this is an ideal AirBnB.

Stunning Location with Incredible Views The villa is in an absolutely amazing location with breathtaking views. It offers the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of Rio, while still being just a short and inexpensive Uber ride away. We visited the city several times with ease to explore the main sights. There are also fantastic dining options nearby, and getting around was effortless thanks to the readily available and affordable Ubers. The villa itself is well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and Fabio was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy the best of both relaxation and access to Rio!

Laura's apartment in Flamengo has stunning views of Sugar Loaf, easy access to a long bayside beach and park, and next door to a 19th century garden. The small apartment is perfect for 1 to 2 guests. Laura is a very responsive and attentive host

The experience we had was excellent! The apartment is in a great location, with bars, restaurants, shopping, subway and bus stop very close to the place, and this made a big difference to our stay. The place is exactly as in the photos and has all the necessary items in the kitchen and bathroom, and even extra items such as a first aid kit, umbrellas and cleaning products. Not to mention that the view is incredible, every day and time we have a different art to appreciate from the window. In addition, they were flexible with the check-in time, which helped us a lot. I highly recommend the experience and I will definitely come back more often

Myself, wife, 2yr and new born were visiting family on the Island. André allowed us an early check-in as our flight arrived at 6am. Although we did not use it, he has a nice allocated car parking space protected within the grounds of the apartment and an electronic key-fob to open the gate. My 2 year old son made use of the swings and slides on the premises which was great. There is a major supermarket 5 minutes walk away where you can get all your food for cooking in the delightful kitchen that he has. We made great use of the oven, microwave and 4 burner stove as we were on a tight budget and this also allowed us to invite family and friends over to eat with us. The fridge and freezer is big. We enjoyed our showers, kept cool with the fans and AC when necessary. The sofa was comfy and can extend. The board games were great and the work space. André was very responsive. We wanted to extend our stay but it had been booked already. We would not hesitate to come again. Thanks André :)

We had a great stay! The host was very attentive and detailed in the information, as well as very flexible with the check-in and check-out times, which was essential since we were coming straight from abroad to visit our relatives. The apartment is small but cozy, ideal for a comfortable stay. All necessary utensils were available, although some dishes and pots already show signs of prolonged use and could be replaced. Communication with Luiz was always quick and clear. We already knew the condominium from other visits to Brazil and, of course, we will stay here again. We recommend it!

Amazing location! This is a nice area of Ipanema. Few mins walk away from the beach. Great restaurants and many stores nearby. Discovered a new favorite chocolate store Dengo and brazilian perfume store Granado few blocks away. Felt safe and secure during our whole stay. The building has a guard. Space is clean and comfortable as photos show. Jose is very helpful and easy to communicate with. Made our stay in Rio memorable. Thank you!

Amazing flat with one of the best views of Ipanema! it looks just like the pictures if not better. super close to the beach and the location in general is great with loads of botecos, stores, etc. Julie as a host was amazing, always super responsive and gave us loads of tips. Will definitely try staying here the next time I'm in Rio!

I had an excellent stay! The location is great, with easy access to various points of the city and very close to Maracanãzinho — which was a differential for me. The condominium is very safe, well maintained and has super attentive doormen and efficient management. The apartment is extremely comfortable, with cozy beds and all rooms air-conditioned, which made all the difference. A very positive point is also the shower, which works well even in the event of a power outage. The host was always very helpful and attentive throughout the stay, showing true care to ensure that everything was in order. This brought a lot of peace of mind and confidence. I highly recommend and I would definitely stay again!

The apartment is exactly as described, as well as being super clean, organized and with all the basic utensils for the stay (linens, bath towels, kitchen utensils, etc. - all of good quality and clean). Adriana was super helpful the whole time, answering our questions and being flexible with our check-out. We had a small problem with a leak (a normal thing, and that did not affect our positive experience at all) and she helped us promptly. The location was absolutely ideal - just a short distance from Copacabana Beach and close to public transport, making it easy to explore Rio. We felt completely comfortable in the apartment. It corresponds exactly to the pictures and extends over three floors, which gives it a very special spatial effect. The location on the 13th floor is a bit unusual at first - especially because of the floor-to-ceiling, fully opening windows - but you will be rewarded with a spectacular view. Both the bedroom and the living room offer impressive panoramic views that make your stay a special experience. A small downside: A busy road runs nearby, the noise of which can be heard - especially when the window is open. The area scores with an excellent infrastructure: in just about 10 minutes on foot you can reach the vibrant nightlife with a large selection of restaurants and bars. There's something for everyone here - whether it's for dinner or a relaxing drink in the evening.
