House very well located, in a quiet place. It is completely the same as it looks in the photos. It has an optimal fiber internet connection, so great speed and there was a desk in case work is needed. The host and her father, who was the one who welcomed us, were attentive at all times.

The house is very comfortable and is as shown in the images. The environment is very quiet, perfect for those who want to disconnect, the host was always available to answer our questions and provide help. They must be clear that it is necessary to move to Coquimbo, Totoralillo, Guanaqueros, Tongoy or Serena to find a beach. Transfers between 5 to 15 minutes depending on the traffic

I rented this property for a worker and they took good care of him even though he wasn't the one who made the payment. I had to postpone the arrival by one day and add 2 more people at the last minute and they had no problem. I recommend it 100%

Very nice and comfortable apartment as in the photographs,a spectacular view from the beautiful terrace view of Playa la Herradura,Puerto Guayacan and Coquimbo,to go by car from Santiago medium easy access so that those who do not know the area can complicate the return on Route 5 to enter the condominium . 10 of 10 is completely worth the value for a getaway to the beautiful region. Nice apartment to stay near the city center, the stadium is in front, a point to consider if there are events. Hospital nearby and several stores a few minutes away.
