I loved staying at Maria Célia's place. She was very quiet and agile from the first contact via email. She welcomed us with affection, punctual. The house was impeccable, quite complete, we lacked nothing. The house is spacious, welcomes a family. I really liked the fact that it was without stairs, the garages near the kitchen. The very quiet place with a view to a beautiful mountain range. The house has a nice, cozy atmosphere, a light air... a calm environment... In my opinion it was strategic to stay there, because it is located halfway of the tours that I wanted and it is on the exit to Belo Horizonte and this would make a lot of difference for me in the last day! The house is very comfortable and well-equipped for large groups, not to mention the view of the smaller lake of Escarpas do Lago. Its location is great, very close to the shops and restaurants.

Your stay at the Capitol Hill ranch was wonderful! The owner was super attentive, received us calmly and was flexible about the departure time, which made everything more relaxed. The space is great: well taken care of, with several beds that accommodated the group well, and an amazing pool to enjoy during the day and at night. The ranch is perfect for relaxing and enjoying with friends or family. I highly recommend to those looking for comfort, good service and a welcoming place in Capitólio!

Great communication from the beginning, we arrived with a super reception with delicious cake and coffee!! She also makes some very tasty sweets, we bought some. The shower and double bed are PERFECT! Air-conditioning in all rooms, equipped kitchen, cold water filter, giant TV with a very comfortable sofa and hot water in the kitchen and suite. Extremely useful laundry and necessary for those staying for many days. Huge house, comfortable and safe rooms! We will definitely be coming back!!!!

Host Danielle explained everything and was always so kind and accessible. Over the house, it managed to be better than in the photos, home with large rooms, great bathrooms, garage fits more than 2 cars, good barbecue, excellent pool and the best, the view of the lake! House a little away from the center of Capitólio, so the place is very quiet with the present nature. We'll come back more often.

Of one of the balconies of the rooms, you could see the sun rise, it was amazing! I recommend this apartment and would definitely rent again :)

All indicated matches. The owners are friendly and very attentive. I had a problem with the car and they were super proactive. The bonus was to have a filter with ice water, super friendly! Vale indicates that the access is by staircase and the apto is at 2ndo andar. The staircase has 4 flights that make it less tiring and less steep.

Delma was an excellent host. My family and I had a wonderful weekend and the view from the apartment is breathtaking, we will definitely get back to staying.

The region is beautiful, with a lot to do and we still receive indications of tours and fairs. I was in the condominium with my family in the 2023 Reveillon, where I would like to thank the lodging and reception by the owners Wallace and Ricardo, and I also thank you for the reception of Lucas (Zelador) and Débora who were wonderful people. The common area, with game tables, with many well-maintained kitchen utensils and comfortable accommodation, airy and well located environment, is well cared for and clean. With Lake Furnas right in front of the condominium, we had an excellent experience with convenience on the motorboat sightseeing tour.

Augusto is very helpful and responds quickly. Peaceful condominium with a wonderful view. The indications of the tours were excellent, especially for Mirian in the 4x4 and Edinho in the speedboat. We'll be back for sure!!!

Extremely clean and equipped with new items, great double and single bed, air conditioning, minibar and closet to put some things. A bathroom with good space. In the outer area a table with chairs to enjoy the view of the lake. Amazing location with a privileged lake view, bakery/grocery/restaurant at 1 min. Fernanda um doce, gave great tips and always available to answer my questions. Fernanda has provided invitations to the Escarpas do Lago club, an excellent club, both the club and the suite are extremely safe places. I've had a great stay
