Everything was perfect, from check-in to check-out. Guilherme is extremely attentive, super comfortable apartment, organized, faithful to the photos and everything is very clean. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Joinville.

Excellent apartment located in the northern region of Joinville, in a busy neighborhood with several shopping options nearby: restaurants, grocery store, fruit shop, veterinarian, pet shop, pharmacy, among others. The property is very clean, well distributed and fully equipped, especially the kitchen, perfect for an extended stay. The apartment is also very quiet, ideal for working from home with comfort and concentration. Gabriel accepted my dog, which was a great advantage for us. He was always very quick to respond, answering our messages in a few minutes. We were really pleased with our stay at this Airbnb. It was an incredible experience, and we will certainly be back!

The place is about 15 minutes from the center of Joinville, but it is easily accessible by car. The place is a house that has been divided into several spaces. It was clean and well maintained, the stay was peaceful.

Before booking with Joselita I had 2 cancellations in the same building which made me apprehensive, but with it was all quiet, apartment equipped, we do not miss anything, the structure of the building is excellent, the beach in front of the building is not the best for children, but nothing that prevents the use, we will definitely go back

Excellent option for those seeking tranquility and great structure for the family. The apartment is very equipped, it makes us feel at home. It has a good barbecue with equipment. The pools are well maintained. The beach is quiet, without crowds, loud music, family atmosphere, with lifeguards on duty during high season and few vendors. We stayed with our 3-year-old son and it was a lot of fun, every day was sunny, we enjoyed it a lot. I recommend it for those looking for tranquility, enjoying a beach and pool with the family. The condominium has shops in front, but it's also easy to get to the city center by car.
