Non posso fare altro spendere buone parole per questa esperienza fantastica e complimentarmi con Riccardo per la gestione che riserva ai suoi clienti che tratta come fossero amici di vecchia data. Tutto perfetto..posizione ottimale a 10 minuti da Greve in Chianti,e circondato da aziende agricole e vigneti,ottima pulizia e alloggio molto molto particolare e curato nel dettaglio,sia all'interno che all'esterno dove si ha a disposizione il parcheggio coperto per la macchina e un grandissimo giardino che offre una visuale mozzafiato e panoramica sulla vallata. Riccardo disponibilissimo a chiarire ogni aspetto non solo riguardo la sua struttura ma anche di tutto ciò che lo circonda,pronto a consigliarvi e a darvi spiegazioni e indicazionii di ogni genere per rendere ottimale il vostro soggiorno. Quando tornerò da quelle parti passerò sicuramente a trovarlo.

Absolutely loved our stay at Tomasso Holiday House – a hidden gem in every sense of the word! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the privacy and tranquility of the location. It felt like our own peaceful retreat, tucked away in the hills, yet fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The amenities were top-notch – a perfectly stocked kitchen, cozy living spaces, comfortable beds, and little touches that made it feel like a true home away from home. Getting there was half the fun – the windy roads leading up to the house were scenic and added to the sense of adventure. We actually looked forward to each drive, with sweeping views and a real feeling of escape from the everyday. Tomasso Holiday House is the kind of place you dream about coming back to. It offers the perfect blend of seclusion, comfort, and charm. 10/10 – would absolutely stay again!

Cercavamo un posto lontano dal caos per le nostre due famiglie e devo dire che la scelta é stata azzeccata: tranquillità, natura e l'appartamento é veramente accogliente. Ha tutto il necessario per cucinare (anche un barbecue!) ed é pulitissimo. Martina ed Irene sono state delle host veramente disponibili e ci siamo subito sentiti a casa!

What a fantastic place and location. Tranquil, stunning views, located perfectly to explore the local area. Lots of character; quaint and quirky. As hosts Isabella and Claudio were amazing. Always helpful, friendly and very responsive when we asked them about places to go to. Apartment was located at the very top of the village and provided us with stunning views whenever we ate outside. Fabulous BBQ area and a great choice of outdoor seating. Highly recommended.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Urlaubszeit in dieser sehr schönen Ferienwohnung. Die Lage in dem kleinen Dorf oben in den Hügeln der Toskana ist so authentisch und typisch italienisch. Der Pool und die Aussicht sind ein Traum . Die Zimmer sehr sauber, groß und hübsch eingerichtet. Das Bett war fantastisch. Ich habe auswärts schon lange nicht mehr so gut geschlafen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Einzig eine schöne Salatschüssel und ein Toaster hätten uns jetzt gefehlt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal um die Toskana zu erkunden. Die bekannten weißen Strände sind in 20 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Es gibt überall Parkplätze. Einkaufen ist in dem kleinen Dorf vor Ort beim Bäcker und in dem Tante Emma Laden möglich oder unten in der Stadt bei Lidl und Coop usw. Restaurants sind in Fußgehzeit erreichbar. Toll fanden wir den Imbiss gegenüber der Metzgerei in dem Dorf. Man sitzt ganz idyllisch auf dem Platz mitten im Dorf. Wir bedanken uns für die schönen Zeit.

Die Lage und insbesondere die Aussicht ist einzigartig. Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt und bietet viele verschiedene Sitz- und Liegemöglichleiten. Das Bett, die Matratze und die Kopfkissen sind hochwertig und bequem. Die Küche ist sehr groß, ist einfach ausgestattet und biete alles, um umfangreich kochen zu können. Das Haus ist nicht barrierefrei, sowohl im Haus, als auch um das Haus herum sind viele verwinkelte Stufen. Das WLAN ist sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Unterkunft war einfach super. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb wohl gefühlt und alle unsere Bedürfnisse wurden ohne zu fragen direkt erkannt. Kaum schien die Sonne standen zwei Liegen parat. Die beiden waren sehr herzlich und man sieht mit wieviel Liebe zum Detail sie das Haus saniert haben. Wirklich einzigartig. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr idyllisch umgeben von viel Natur. Ein Traum, um einfach mal abzuschalten.

This has to be one of the nicest Airbnbs we’ve stayed it. The accommodation was luxurious in an absolutely stunning area of Tuscany. The rolling fields and cypress tree made a spectacular setting for this beautiful house. We had hired a car and this place was a 20 minute drive from Siena. Our only regret was not staying here longer.

Giulia was so great at communicating details and quick to resolve any around I had. The only thing I could say is that only one person can have a HOT shower. This place is for anyone who wants to use it as a central location to pisa, Florence and surrounds. It was lovely but there is not much to see or do within the town. The bar/coffee shop was always lively with locals and tourists 😁

Anna Maria ed il marito ci hanno accolto al nostro arrivi nel loro angolo di paradiso . Un posto molto bello con una vista panoramica dall alto verso la scogliera ed il mare. Pratesi è a circa 8 km da Marciana alta e 14 da Marciana Marina. Si sta bene e si respira aria buona. Le lenzuola e gli asciugamani non erano compresi nel servizio ma ci sono stati consegnati dall host. Consigliato a chi vuole stare in un posto tranquillo.

We had a very relaxing week at Franco’s property. The place was well appointed including the full kitchen and we really enjoyed sitting outside with a glass of wine looking over the beautiful countryside. A perfect retreat. Highly recommended

Maravilloso lugar!!! Un alojamiento que parece salido de un libro de cuentos .Muchos detalles que hacen a la comodidad y al cariño de Elba y Fabrizio a su tierra. Desde las atenciones al recibir , sus aromaticas para uso de los pasajeros, una pileta impecables y todos los juegos de jardin y para niños.Una forma maravillosa de conocer La Toscana. A pesar de la barrera idiomatica ellos fueron los primeros en usar el traductor de google.un lugar para quedarse varios dias

Clara war eine wunderbare Gastgeberin - freundlich, hat beim verspäteten Check-in auf uns gewartet, alles in der Wohnung erklärt. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben - super Lage, um die Stadt zu erkunden, die Terrasse ist zu jeder Tageszeit nutzbar, weil es zwei Schirme gibt. Und drin ist es gemütlich, sauber, genug Schränke - alles da. Sehr gern kommen wir wieder, wenn wir mal in der Nähe sind.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was good, in easy walking distance to plenty of great restaurants and bars for aperitif. It is on the other side of the river from the typical tourist destinations like the David and the Uffizi, but because Florence is so easily walkable, it only took about 20 minutes to walk to any of those areas. This side of the river is definitely quieter, but still has plenty to do (including the Pitti Palace and Boboli Gardens which are not to be missed)! As far as communication, it was absolutely top notch. We had an issue where the handle on the water faucet in the kitchen broke on Sunday, and the host was extremely quick to respond, and had a plumber out to fix the problem in under an hour. We were shocked and impressed, particularly given it was a weekend. The only thing to be aware of is that there is no air conditioning in the bedroom. The A/C in the living room is very good, but the bedroom could get a bit hot at night. Still we would return!

Emily's apartment is the perfect location to explore Lucca. She was extremely helpful when communicating and very prompt when replying to any queries.

Tolle geräumige Wohnung, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Hilfreiche Informationen durch die netten Gastgeber. Ruhige Lage. 2 tolle Bäder mit Regendusche. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, auch mit vielen Kleinigkeiten, die man im Alltag gebrauchen kann. Der Garten mit dem Grill ist toll mit schönem Ausblick auf die traumhafte Landschaft mit den Weinbergen und Zypressen. Wenn man ein Baby hat, sollte man ein gutes Babyphone mit weitreichenden Verbindung mitnehmen, da der Garten ein paar Meter vom Haus entfernt liegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

Sono stata nella bellissima casetta di Bernice con il mio compagno e 2 bimbi piccoli. Tutto molto piacevole, soprattutto le cene all'aperto nel rigoglioso giardino con palme, eucalipti ed ulivi, il barbecue, il silenzio e la piscina. In campagna ma con il mare di Punta Ala e Castiglione della Pescaia facilmente raggiungibile. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana molto tranquilla e rilassante.

Prachtige omgeving en goede uitvalsbasis om mooie steden en dorpen te bezoeken. De familie is zeer gastvrij en heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam in het contact. We hebben heerlijke 2 weken gehad. Wie rust en stilte zoekt….place to be!

Ce séjour chez Massimo a été paradisiaque. Nous sommes venus pour visiter Florence et rentrer le soir après une journée de marché pour y retrouver du calme et un environnement sain était parfait. Une impression d’être seuls au monde avec une vue lointaine sur Florence. Bassin d’eau et barbecue étaient bienvenus pour combler la perfection du séjour. Nous n’avons pas testé le four à pizza mais nous comptons revenir vite et le tester. Nous avons même eu droit à un spectacle de lucioles tous les soirs … parfait. Merci pour cette parenthèse de vie si ressourçante Massimo. À bientôt.

God is in the details. Il Grande Prato is a wonderful place that offers you al the comfort you wish : a huge domain with several nice spots to sit, chill and enjoy the great views. The garden, the cottages, the pool, everything is well done with an eye for the details. Giulia and her people are very friendly and helpful and make you feel at ease the whole time. Also the dinners we've enjoyed in this unique setting were fantastic.

Het is een prachtige plek en hebben elke avond kunnen genieten van een schitterende zonsondergang. Het huisje was leuk ingericht en voldeed aan onze verwachtingen. Davide is erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk en was bij onze aankomst het buitenbad aan het vullen met vers water.

Ruhiges, abgelegenes, mitten im Wald stehendes Ferienhaus. Alles entspricht den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Es waren sehr schöne, entspannte Ferien. Selbst wenn es unten an der Küste 35 Grad hatte, war es am Haus angenehm kühl. Es war eine schöne Zeit. Die Vermieter/Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Weg zum Haus führt über eine Schotterstraße, diese ist an drei Anstiegen etwas schwieriger zu befahren, aber die Anwohner fahren dort auch mit ihren kleinen Standardautos entlang. Nur für die letzten 100 Meter ist ein geländegängiges Fahrzeug zu empfehlen. Man kann das Auto aber auch vor diesem Anstieg stehen lassen, die Gastgeber helfen, dann das Gepäck hochzufahren, mit ihrem Auto. Wer die Natur und den Wald liebt und Entspannung sucht, für den ist diese Unterkunft genau richtig.

Un accoglientissimo bungalow immerso nel verde del bosco che ricorda una baita di montagna ma che si trova nella campagna toscana; abbiamo avuto la possibilità di goderci la colazione mentre guardavamo l'alba, tra funghi e castagne. La signora che ci ha accolti è stata gentilissima e ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno, consigliamo a tutti coloro che amano la natura e che si accontentano di alloggi semplici in cambio di location mozzafiato!

Een fantastische plek. Groen en weg van de drukte. Buiten is het heerlijk zitten en een paradijs voor de hond. Het is een mooie uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te verkennen. Het chalet is voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt, maar je zal het liefste buiten willen zijn.
