This house was Amazing! It was so private and surrounded by beautiful flowers and trees. We were so comfortable , everyone had there own space to sleep and yet we had a great table to enjoy meals around th huge table. We would definitely love to stay here again sometime.

This is a great place for remote workers looking for a peaceful, serene retreat with multiple areas to work from (love the hammocks_ and great Wifi. My husband and I worked remotely here for a week and had an incredible time! The views from the deck are beautiful, and sunsets are gorgeous. I was so appreciate about how flexible and accommodating the staff was, they held our bags for us after checkout and offered a place for us to work from as we awaited to be picked up for the airport. They offer ordered lunches, massage services, chef services, and literally anything you could want. Note, there is no air conditioning but plenty of fans.

Una casa con TODO lo necesario para disfrutar de el mar en paz y cómodamente. Rancho espectacular , Casa limpia y cómoda, cocina práctica moderna y funcional. Excelente ubicación. Definitivamente volveremos.

Michael and local keeper Lucas were very helpful and responsive and made our visit very welcoming and smooth. Mich's wealth of knowledge about the locality and region was quite helpful or us and made our visit so much better. This place lets you experience the local and rustic nature of a Guatemalan village, with being private at the same time. We stayed there for two days and had a peaceful and incredible stay. Just watching the late-noon showers or listening to the late-evening ambient sounds of a tropical environment from the balcony are so much of a joy. We also enjoyed going through all the great books on Mayan civilization too. I think this place does the job better than any eco-resort. It is very convenient to go town-hopping around the late from the local ferry dock. The village also has a very quaint restaurant called 'Tres Tonnedores' where the food was excellent and service quite humble. I would definitely stay here if and when I visit Lake Atitlan again.

The place was absolutely perfect! We had a group of 4 of us and booked both the big house up above and the apartment below (they’re separated airbnbs). I highly recommend booking both if you have a larger group. The privacy and convenience was perfect for us. Both places had AMAZING views that are better than the photos, beautiful house, everything we needed, but Ricardo, the property manager, really made our stay the best it could be. Ricardo was super responsive and greeted us as we arrived. He helped us with our bags, walked us through the place and even coordinated our tuk tuks and food delivery. He really made our experience extra easy and special. Thank you so much Ricardo! Pascal, thank you for sharing your wonderful place and for being so responsive and proactive on our trip. We absolutely loved it and will tell our friends of our experience.

We were delighted by our unique experience at this Villa. It is much larger than one can understand by the photos, and the beds were all very comfortable. The daily breakfast and coffee by Delmi was lovely…just ask to get more clarity on what is planned to serve and when they’ll serve to help streamline. The location is ideal for walking in to town to explore, while also feeling like you’re in a peaceful compound. Overall, we loved our time there!

What a beautiful home with a truly wonderful staff! We absolutely love staying here. Susy is an incredible cook, and Samuel, the groundskeeper, is always so attentive and kind. The bedrooms are comfortable, and the multiple bathrooms throughout the house make it perfect for our large group of 20. Staying with Eric and his team is always a pleasure. We can’t recommend it enough!

Our group of 6 stayed here 3 nights during our first trip to Guatemala. The property exceeded our expectations in terms of amenities (hot tub, sauna, kayaks, fire pit, hammocks), natural beauty and accommodation. The highlight of the property is the beautiful landscaping and there are numerous locations to sit and enjoy the view of the lake and volcanoes. We walked on the road to San Marcos in 25 minutes or you can flag down a tuktuk. The public ferry dropped us off and picked us up directly at the home’s dock where the on-site caretaker Juan was waiting for us. He helped us with our luggage and was available throughout our stay if we needed anything. The kitchen is ready for cooking and has spices. Best to get groceries in Panajachel before boarding the ferry if you want a one stop market. We loved our stay.

Beautiful home in a beautiful area. Really loved everything about the home. The people in charge were very kind and friendly and very attentive to all of our requests. We will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful place! Perfect size for our large family. Check in and check out went smooth and we would definitely stay again. Danny was amazing with assisting us check in and anything we needed during our stay.

Es una casa preciosa y tal como se mira en las fotos, la atención de los anfitriones es espectacular, siempre buscan que disfrutes tus vacaciones! 100% recomendado!

La casa está ubicada en un lugar muy hermoso, disfrutamos mucho la vista y todas las comodidades de la casa, está muy bien equipada. Nos encantó el sistema de sonido en la casa. La atención de la anfitriona también fue excelente.

Todo fue bien bonito las habitaciones excelente sólo una observación nosotros llevábamos un bus con techo alto y en la entrada no pasó el bus, deberían levantarlo un poco más de lo demás muy lindo todo, la muchacha quien nos recibió nos recomendó un restaurante con comida Adomicilio y fue muy bueno

Pasamos un fin de semana en familia súper agradable, en una casa muy linda, cómoda y limpia. Tienen una chica que apoya con limpieza y cocina que de verdad nos ayudó muchísimo. Esperamos volver pronto!

Excelente Airbnb quedamos impresionados, buena limpieza, atención y seguridad. Claudia siempre fue muy atenta la playa esta a 5 minutos en vehículo, hay parqueo privado gratis por el Airbnb El lugar igual que en las fotos todo muy lindo y limpio maravillosa estadía. Gracias

El lugar estaba impecable y muy limpio, muy seguro también y en una buena locación si se busca estar fuera de antigua. Vale la pena por las amenidades que tiene, el personal es muy antero y servicial y tienen transporte gratis al centro de antigua lo cual lo hizo mucho mejor! Súper recomendado nos encantó !
