This place was great to stay at. Easy access to beach and many places in walking distance. Everything was clean and stocked. Elsa was a great host and very responsive!!

This condo is sooo far above and beyond what the description can express and the pictures can convey. This is obviously Julio and Larry's personal condo and it shows. The furnishings and decor are luxurious. There is nothing that is not provided: from beach chairs, beach buggy beach towels, and snorkle gear...to sundries and luxury bath linens.... to high end-kitchen appliances and anything you could want or need for preparing meals. The view, oh man, the view. The pictures cannot do it justice. Theanoramic views of the ocean, bay and mountains are just epic, and also super cool at night The hosts are super responsive and genuinely nice. I cannot wait to return. Thanks Julio!

This was the perfect Airbnb for my 4 day vacation to Punta Cana! The condo was located in the most perfect area; it was quiet, clean, and right in the middle of town so everything was walking distance. Katrina was very informative so I had zero questions throughout my whole stay! I'd definitely recommend this condo to anyone!

The unit is in a fantastic neighborhood, a block from the beach and near many stores. Check-in with the security guard was easy, though we had brief trouble with the lock. The apartment is very clean, thoughtfully furnished and well-stocked with essentials like soaps, extra towels, toilet paper, and kitchenware. It has two A/C units, a fan/air purifier, a comfy bed and couch, great natural light, blackout curtains, and a balcony with an amazing view. The toilet handle is delicate but works fine. We saw one small roach behind the kitchen faucet toward the end of our stay, which Xavier acknowledged—routine maintenance is in place. Parking, pool access, and trash disposal were convenient. Overall, a great stay!

I have stayed at this building before and although there is some building maintenance going on I have no complaints because it has never affected my stay. There are a lot of things to do, restaurants, and having access to the beach from the pool area is a plus. The views pretty much all day are awesome! This was my first time staying at Shubin's unit and it was pretty much as it presents on the site. The unit was clean and cozy and the view and openness of the balcony from the kitchen and living area was on point. He was quick to respond via the site chat to any questions you had. I would highly recommend this place and I wouldn't mind staying here again.

I absolutely loved Jorge’s residence . 24th floor with a beautiful view. The Airbnb was super clean and had supplies like beach chairs , towels , ironing board , etc. He was constantly communicating with me and had suggested many things to do while in San Juan. I will definitely be back soon . If you book here you won’t miss out , many restaurants, close to the beach and other activities. Thank you Jorge !

Our AB&B experience was fantastic. it was conveniently located on a main tourist strip near great restaurants and souvenirs shops. With a 3 year old we felt safe to walk around at night to grab a quick bite to eat. The police were patrolling with a car on the main road in front of our building to keep traffic moving and make a presence felt. The beach was a 5 minute walk. We enjoyed the pool at night before bed time. Overall the unit had everything we needed. The location was perfect to go sightseeing for a day in old San juan. It was close to the airport for a short trip. Most importantly it was a great access point to drive to Rio grande on the new route 66 to visit family. Our Puerto Rico trip was short and sweet. We loved going back to the unit after our day trips. Cold AC, and hot water to shower in a super clean environment. It was the perfect location. First time staying at an Airbnb, it was great. Easy to check in and check out! The location was perfect. Beach, Pool, and fun activities all within 10 mins of each other. Amazing stay! Would for sure recommend!

It's all about the view, when you enter you feel like your floating on the water you see nothing but the ocean out the windows. Everything about the unit is great, well stocked, comfy bed, beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler. Easy access to a beach without crowds and walkable to the hotspots in Condado. Would definitely stay here again!

Literetly the perfect location, very central with access to the Beach, stores, restaurants all within walking distance. They have everything you might need for your stay including 2 beach chairs, an ice chest cooler, sunscreen, bug spray, beach bag and beach towels. Shampoo, conditioner, lotion, even some hair products you literetly only need to bring your clothes. My sister and I loved our stay, would definitely recommend. They were also very kind to accommodate a different check in and check out time for us since flights arrived earlier and left later.

Amazing Stay! My wife and I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb . The place was spotless, peaceful, and extremely well-organized. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. We truly felt at home and appreciated the calm atmosphere, which made it perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The host clearly put a lot of care into the details, and it made all the difference. Great Airbnb at my Happy Place - Puerto Rico. Welcoming and serene Airbnb. Great location on the Beach and very accessible to restaurants, bars, pharmacies and entertainment. Most things to do are an Uber ride away (inexpensive). Gerardo y Onar were flexible with check-in (allowed to get in a little early), which made my stay more enjoyable. Very responsive and proactive. Everything was great, location.. the only thing i didn’t like is the apartment didn’t have a parking spot designated, it was very inconvenient..

This house was very nice and private, everything worked well, we didn’t have to wipe things down when we got there, hosts are super nice and very helpful. Overall had a beautiful experience, will definitely book again!!

This place looks exactly like the pictures and was very comfortable. I wish that we could have enjoyed the place more due to the family and I being around town quite a bit but when we came home it was so warm and welcoming. The host was very responsive to our needs as well. We would definitely be returning here just hope that it is available!

Great place to stay if you need to be in Bayamon and surrounding areas. The place is well located and Orlando is very responsive. Our flight got delayed and we had to make adjustments in our stay, and Orlando was very accommodating. His place is comfortable and super clean. He cares about having everything you need for your stay.

We had an amazing weekend in old San Juan. This house has an amazing location! Everything was easy to get to. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed!

It was so peaceful and quiet you hear the nature around you and it’s beautiful! I thought it would be hot due to no ac and I was scared about that part but we were actually freezing we had to turn it actually turn it off. There were games and the house is so modern and picture worthy definitely. There was also a whole binder full of things to do and places to go we had so much fun we did not want to leave I definitely recommend this place!!

This Airbnb had everything you needed and more. It was a 15 min ride to Old San Juan and Ubers are not a bad price in the area. Although we didn’t bbq she had everything needed if we wanted to. I walked in to a great welcome package. I would definitely stay here again when coming back to San Juan.
