My stay at Don Aracon’s place in Bayamón was great! I used to live in PR and this residence made me want to come back. I slept in the bedroom closest to the bathroom and the bed was very comfortable. I stayed 4 nights and only ran the air conditioning once, upon my arrival. The neighborhood was quiet, only the sounds of schoolchildren on Monday (which is to be expected and wasn’t bothersome to me). Lastly, for all the solo women travelers who wonder/worry, I traveled as a single woman and had no safety concerns. I checked in really late at night and returned to the Airbnb often late at night and had no issues. No one was outside or anything. I would recommend this place to everyone!

The check-in instructions were simple and clear, which made our arrival super easy. Luis also checked in with us throughout our visit to make sure we had everything we needed, which we really appreciated. The extra toiletries in the bathroom and a kitchen stocked with spices and cooking oil made a big difference and helped us feel right at home. The neighborhood is in San Juan, close to Guaynabo and about 20 min from Viejo San Juan. It’s worth noting that it can be a bit loud at times due to passing vehicles, not extreme, and personally I am used to it, but something to keep in mind if you’re expecting a completely quiet area. Everything about Evelyns listing was great, she was very responsive and friendly. She gave lost of recommendations for the area and things to do, and anything we needed she was quick to help, and everything was clean and felt homey and the neiborhood was quiet and peaceful. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip!!

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The place was beautiful and truly felt like a perfect escape, that my family and I needed. Everything was just as described-peaceful, clean and full of charm. My kids especially loved feeding the chickens and splashing in the pool in the backyard. The atmosphere was so calm and welcoming, it felt like a home away from home. Every detail was perfect. Thank you for such a memorable experience-we can't wait to come back!

Great place to stay, I would book again. We left our belongings at the bnb her and her family went out their way to make sure we got it back in time enough to make our flight. Great accommodations for check in. The home was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The host responded quickly anytime I messaged her. Overall this was a good stay!

The home was cozy and spacious! We had an amazing time at Linda’s. She was very responsive. The walls are thin so you will most definitely hear the crickets and animals next door, but other than that it was very peaceful.

Overall the stay was good and nice. There were 3 of us so it was perfect. The only thing when we put the address to the house it took us the wrong one. We had trouble opening the lockbox too. The house itself was nice and clean. The AC was refreshing and the WiFi was fast as well. When I do come back to PR I would pick this hotel all over again. Raciel is good host.

Mario's place was awesome. very private, quiet and safe. I was only supposed to stay the weekend but extended 3 days because it was so comfy. it's very close to the expressway and several malls and shopping 10-15mins away. Mario you are added to my faves list. Thank you for the hospitality.

Thanks Yamile for being very responsive. This apartment is a quiet place to rest and also surrounded by supermarkets, El Tablado in Guaynabo, restaurants, food trucks, and more…. Also the place is very secure and has a good location to go everywhere. If I need again a place to stay I will definitely rent this place.

This place is a great deal for the price. Pretty much 20-30 mins drive to all the touristy spots in San Juan. This stay is great but the houses nearby to this place seemed a bit off to me. Overall, it felt safe with the attached garage and I think is a great accommodation.

I had an incredible time staying with Jose and his cohost Alberto, every single request and problem I had they helped ameliorate or solve. If I had questions about the area or the airbnb itself they replied in a timely manner and saved me so much time and stress— exactly what I needed to help me enjoy my trip here. For the price, the airbnb is value beyond compare, it’s spacious and all of the amenities are exactly as described. It’s homey, and more than enough to support whatever needs you have during your stay. As great as the airbnb is though, i feel like that doesn’t stress the importance of how great of hosts both Alberto and Jose were during my stay. I promise you, this is definitely an airbnb you want to stay at to witness proof of their kindness and helpfulness.

We loved how close Miguel’s place was to shopping and the Beach. Easy access to everything without all the hassle. Even the neighbors were friendly. Nice neighborhood!

Great place if you need something inexpensive right by the convention center! I was here for a conference and this place was perfect. Less than a 10 minute walk from the convention center, it was amazing being able to get over so quickly. Also less than an hour walk to many popular places in San Juan, I enjoyed walking/running to take a dip at Escambron a couple of mornings. I didn't have any issues in the area directly surrounding the airbnb, and felt pretty safe overall. The place was spotless, though as some other reviewers have mentioned there wasn't any hot water (only got lukewarm), and without the AC on at night the traffic sounds were pretty loud. Overall though, those were small issues that weren't a big deal and easily fixed/outweighed by the positives of this place.

This was one of the most beautiful and peaceful stays I’ve had in Puerto Rico. The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The view from the place was absolutely stunning — waking up to the sound of the waves and looking out at the beach each morning was pure magic. This was my first visit to Puerto Rico, and staying at Alex’s place made it extra special! The condo was full of charm, and the thoughtful welcome greeting was such a warm touch.
