Silke was WONDERFUL! She was extremely responsive and helped with incredible recommendations and even made reservations for our group. She was friendly and was around to assist to however not intrusive. Our time there would not have been the same without her there! The views were stunning, even with the rain we had plenty to do and places to spend time. We spent many nights with great memories made on the veranda! Her house was magical and she was a joy! Ik kan mij volledig aansluiten bij alle positieve reviews, de ontvangst was aller hartelijkst de koelkast was gevuld de wijn en de chocolade taart stond op tafel. we werden regelmatig verrast met heerlijkheden waaronder kersen uit eigen boomgaard . Kortom aan het onderkomen ontbrak niks. Ook de aanwijzingen voor parkeren in Arezzo, fietstochten etc waren geweldig. Heb nog nooit zulke fijne verhuurder mee gemaakt. Our stay was amazing! The house is beyond beautiful and the view is beautiful. The house was great for a group of 9 people. (We didn’t realize there were no bed linens and towels included, so take that with you.) Communication was great! We will defiantly come back!

Andrea's property tucked into the beautiful hills on the Umbria countryside was truly incredible. The property had every amenity and many areas to soak up the sun and the views. It was probably the best BBQ view I've ever seen. The property was a bit further than we thought it was initially and you definitely need a car to get up the steep roads, but the quality of the host and the home made our stay unforgettable. Thank you Andrea & Giovanni

Vacanza perfetta, l'alloggio era pulitissimo e fornito praticamente di tutto, biancheria impeccabile ed ogni comfort. Ma la parte spettacolare per noi è stato l' esterno con prato curatissimo, piscina ad uso esclusivo con lettini, un patio rilassante e barbecue attrezzato per ogni tipo di brace. Claudia è stata un host sempre presente e reattiva ad ogni nostra richiesta. La casa poi è in posizione strategica per raggiungere molti borghi interessanti da visitare. Insomma per noi è stata veramente una esperienza molto positiva e contiamo di ripeterla ancora. Grazie Claudia ed ancora complimenti

An amazing hideaway in the hills! Takes you into holiday mode & switching off in the beautiful setting surrounded by nature & incredible views. So glad we booked & would love to go back again. Paulo, and family, were so helpful, kind & responsive. The area whilst quiet is very welcoming to tourists & we met many friendly people who would always help us out on our way. The house itself is stunning & huge. The bathrooms are dated but they work fine & everything functions as it should so it really isn’t a problem so don’t be put off by that. The linens are incredible & the beds very comfortable. Air conditioning works well. Kitchen well equipped & house has an abundance of space and beautiful furniture to relax in, inside and out. Honestly the scenery outside was incredible & we spent every minute we could outside which is a shame only because the house was also beautiful. The pool was fabulous & it was hot enough that heating wasn’t needed.Didn’t use sauna or spa,needed longer! Miss it!

Mein Aufenthalt war einfach nur fantastisch!🥰 Das Haus ist wunderschön – mit so viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und richtig gemütlich. Man merkt sofort, dass hier jemand mit Herz dabei ist. Alles war super sauber, die Lage perfekt und die Atmosphäre total entspannt. Ich hab mich vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause gefühlt.🏠😍 Ein ganz großes Dankeschön an die Gastgeberin – sie war unglaublich herzlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar, falls man eine Frage hatte. Die Kommunikation lief total unkompliziert und freundlich. Man spürt einfach, dass ihr wichtig ist, dass sich ihre Gäste wohlfühlen.❤️ Es war wirklich ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt – ich werde noch lange daran zurückdenken. Würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann es nur weiterempfehlen!

A gorgeous villa surrounded by nature just outside the heart of Perugia. We stayed here for 6 nights, and Giuseppe made us feel right at home. He is super friendly, kind, helpful and had lots of local tips on where to eat, stay and what to do. Giuseppe’s villa is very beautiful decorated, and we enjoyed watching the sunset with a glass of wine every evening. Warmly recommend this place!

Wir haben die Unterkunft von Manfredi für einen Urlaub mit 8 Leuten gemietet. Der Check-In hat durch die Mithilfe von Manfredi sehr gut funktioniert. Wir waren sofort von dem Haus und der Lage fasziniert. Es ist zwar etwas abgelegen, aber mit dem Auto ist man innerhalb von 15 Minuten in Marsciano. Dort befinden sich alle Geschäfte, die man so braucht. Das ganze Grundstück ist gut gepflegt und sauber. Auch die Innenausstattung ist sauber und typisch für die Gegend. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet, inklusive einer großen Kühltruhe. Zuletzt möchte ich noch die herausragende Kommunikation und Hilfsbereitschaft von Manfredi hervorheben. Jede Frage wurde von Manfredi schnell und ausführlich beantwortet. Für jeden, der einen ruhigen Urlaub in der Umbria verbringen möchte, ist das Haus von Manfredi perfekt.

My family and I we had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful villa, surrounded by the magical atmosphere of the Umbria countryside. There is nothing we can complain about,everything was perfect,the swimming pool added a plus especially during the 2022 July’s heat wave! The pool was well maintained and daily cleaning service was provided by the owner’s handy man. We really hope to come back next year and make more unforgettable memories at the Hilltop Villa-Orvieto

We chose Il Sole del Sodo because it had 6 en-suite rooms, a pool, was close to a town and a train station and had a well- regarded host who could provide extras like breakfast, dinners, cooking classes and olive oil tastings e.g. Claudia! While rustic, the villa’s charm and peaceful spaces draw you right in and Claudia’s hospitality is unsurpassed. The villa fronts to the road to Cortona and backs to a field of sunflowers. Our family and friends dined on the private patio and found a back way to walk up to Cortona for exercise. A unique and wonderful experience!

Villa Febea is the most magical place, perfect for a large family gathering and celebration. It is gorgeous, comfortable, practical and in a great location. We were given first-class treatment and felt at home and well taken care of. We were given guidance and advice on the planning of our stay over the course of many months, so when we arrived at the villa, everything fell into place perfectly. The owners offer a large selection of services and excursions and can help with just about anything. We had fantastic dinners organized for us at the villa, and we highly recommend the pasta making class followed by dinner, which was one of many highlights. We loved the place, the staff and our whole experience. A holiday and celebration to remember forever!

Casale semplicemente strepitoso, dal vivo ancora più bello che in foto. Orietta molto gentile e disponibile in ogni nostra richiesta,ha fatto di tutto per farci trovare la piscina attiva, nonostante il tempo incerto, l' abbiamo usata per tutto il soggiorno! Spazi esterni curatissimi, camere confortevoli e spaziose, se posso dare un consiglio suggerirei di cambiare cuscini e materassi davvero scomodi e di prestare più attenzione alla pulizia di camere e bagni davvero poco accurata. Cmq consiglio vivamente!!!

From the very first inquiry about the property Ken was so responsive and helpful in our decision making. He answered my millions of questions quite patiently, understanding that we were making the decision for an entire family with one holiday a year! We made the right decision without a doubt. Ken’s home and property is much more beautiful than even the pictures can describe. The view from the patio/pool is fabulous with lake Trasimeno in the distance. The olive groves, the grape vines, the landscape was incredible. The setting and the privacy cant be beat. Our group up of 11 loved it. The kids loved exploring the flora and fauna and spent a lot of time in the natural surroundings and the fabulous pool The huge table on the patio was so much fun to sit around with candlelight and wine feeling so blessed to be there. There is a large family table inside as well. It had everything we needed, the casetta was amazing as well. It was perfect and idyllic. We will be back soon!!

Villa Elisa is the best place I have stayed so far. Its construction style is old and special, the care of the Villa is down to the details, whether it is the exterior or interior, everything works is impressive even though some parts of the house are original from that time such as the doors, the windows, the floor tiles,The view is magnificent, magical whether with the radiant sun, under a torrential rain, under the clouds, under the mist or under the stars with the moon as a companion.Absolutely everything in detail and scrupulously organized, all thanks to its hosts Luciano and Christina. Now I will make an important section, if the Villa is majestic, they are also splendid and kind; I had the pleasure and pride of meeting them personally, people like few I have ever met and who are now scarce. Natural, simple and kind, always at hand unconditionally for whatever was needed.I recommend this place to everyone who wants to enjoy a great place and excellent company and 100 percent.

The villa was a perfect getaway for our family of six. Leonardo and Luca were super helpful with providing recommendations and accommodations for our stay since we were not walking distance into town. Having a car to drive around would make it much easier to visit nearby towns. Highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay at Leonard's beautiful house. It was the perfect place for my friends, my family, and me to relax and enjoy our time together. The house is located in a stunning area with a breathtaking view of the valley below Castiglion Fiorentino. From there, we were able to visit nearby places such as Florence, Siena, Assisi, Cortona, and other charming local spots. The house is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Leonardo, who is an architect by profession, has put a lot of effort into creating and furnishing this incredible home. From our first contact to the entire stay, he was always available to provide us with useful information and recommendations on what to see and do in Tuscany. We all loved our time here, and we would definitely love to return to this house in the future!

The villa, grounds and hosts were fabulous! The views were amazing, the villa extremely clean and well appointed, the pool absolutely delightful, and the surrounding towns and wineries fantastic to explore. Supermarket very close.

Wij waren met vrienden een week bij het prachtige huis van Claudia en Claudio. Het is werkelijk een eldorado, Een prachtig zwembad en een jaccuzi. Het uitzicht is werkelijk fantastisch en er heerst een enorme rust. Het is puur natuur en we genoten van het schouwspel van de vluurviegjes Er is een Pizzaoven die echt professioneel is. Kortom fantastisch en een aanrader. Wij waren met 4 maar met 6 of 8 kan ook prima

Wir waren zwei befreundete Pärchen mit zwei Hunden und hatten eine wundervolle Zeit! Das Haus und die Lage sind perfekt um zur Ruhe zu kommen und zu entspannen. Durch die zwei separaten Schlafzimmer inkl. Bad hatte man zu Viert auch ausreichend Platz. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Besonders der eingezäunte Außenbereich und der private Pool haben den Aufenthalt für uns perfekt gemacht! Auch die Aussicht auf die umliegenden Berge und die ruhige Lage laden zum entspannen ein. Die nächst größere Stadt Città di Castello (ca. 25min mit dem Auto) ist ebenfalls einen Besuch wert. Dort gibt es auch einige Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Gastgeber waren sehr bemüht und jeder Zeit erreichbar und haben uns auch einmal mit einem leckeren Kuchen überrascht. Wir hatten einen tollen und rundum gelungenen Urlaub - vielen Dank Tiziano!

Pino was erg aardig en behulpzaam. We werden hartelijk ontvangen door vader en zoon. Ook kregen we tips voor restaurants en bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving. Ook hebben we genoten van het mooie uitzicht, het zwembad en de aanwezige barbecue. Het huis was heerlijk koel.

Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto soggiornare presso l’alloggio di Paolo a causa di alcune complicanze tecniche, ma lui ed Elisa ci hanno prontamente fornito un’altra splendida soluzione e sono stati gentilissimi per tutta la durata del soggiorno! Grazie per questa splendida esperienza

This villa is truly one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in over the past 15 years! Everything exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect - easy to reach from Rome airport with a swift 90-minute drive - and the view is simply breathtaking. We were greeted with chocolates and the house itself is well equipped, with every amenity you could need. The fenced-in area added a sense of privacy and security, perfect for families/pets or just enjoying some peaceful outdoor time. The decor and layout of the villa made it feel both luxurious and homely. Floriana was an exceptional host, always responsive and ready to help with anything we needed. She offered fantastic local recommendations, including private cooking class/private chef. Her local insights and care truly enhanced our stay. We’re already planning our return and can’t recommend this villa enough! If you’re looking for a beautiful escape with stunning views and a top-notch experience, this is the place.

Siamo arrivati ed è stato una vera sorpresa un paradiso…il proprietario Riccardo e stato gentilissimo..accolti come se fossimo a casa nostra..arrivati alla casa Boschetto ulteriore conferma .. tutto come da descrizione Airbnb.. stanze grandi e accoglienti bagni personali cucina attrezzata.. piscina e tramonto fantastico.. consigliatissimo.. dopo km in moto tra amici abbiamo concluso il nostro viaggio in modo eccellente.. grazie dal gruppo Venexia local group torneremo sicuramente 🤩🤩🤩
