My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Hello, Here you can book a new beautiful compact studio. In the middle of nature in the forest by the lake. It belongs to the Waldschenke Stendenitz, our artistically colorful restaurant. The sunny studios feature a small kitchen, a cozy bathroom and a small balcony overlooking the forest and construction trailer. The surroundings are wonderful for hiking and enjoying nature. Since it was just in the final phase of construction, there are no real photos yet, but the studios are really nice :)

Der Bauwagen liegt gegenüber einer 100 Jahre alten Scheune die ich zu einem Atelier umgebaut habe. Der Bauwagen ist 17 m² groß mit Wohnküche, Doppelbett in einem Raum. Die Küche ist mit einem Induktionsherd, Wasserkocher, einem kleinen Kühlschrank und einer Spüle (Wassercontainer) ausgestattet. Sie finden alles an Koch- und Essgeschirr, sowie Gewürze was Sie benötigen. Der Holzofen schafft im Bedarfsfall schnell behagliche Wärme. Die Gäste - Dusche & Toilette befinden sich in der Scheune.
