Architect-designed low-energy wooden house from Østerlars sawmill. The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), 1 minute walk from the bathing ladder in the harbor and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is completely secluded and with a great view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Chr Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is hypoallergenic, therefore pets are not allowed. NB! Guests are required to bring their own bed linen, towels, dish cloths, dish towels + shampoo, etc.

A 2000 m2 large and fully enclosed garden invites you to have fun and play as well as lovely barbecue evenings under the umbrella. The house has good light and oozes lovely vibe. You'll love throwing yourselves on the big soft couch or cozy in the delicious chesterfield furniture.

Luxurious cottage with the most beautiful sea view

With this renovated and charming summerhouse, you get one of Bornholm's finest sea and forest views. You live with your own exit to the forest and overlooking the most beautiful sunset over the sea. You can also see Hammershus and Hammerknuden. The wood decks around the house allow you to find space in the sun at all times of the day. When you open the wide double doors, the terrace becomes part of the living room. The light, the water, the forest and the hilly nature are absolutely magical on this part of Bornholm's north coast.

Large charming villa close to forest and beach.

Plenty of space inside and out, you have the forest just outside the door and 700m to the sea. The stream runs in the back garden, which is overgrown with fruit trees and shrubs, and here you have the finest view of open fields. Sorthat is the epitome of peace and idyll. The house is old, quirky and charming. The stairs are a little steep and the 1st floor is amazing. The area invites long hiking and running, beach baths, picnics, sunset, and vacation. It has great mountain biking routes and lots of Bornholm's wonderful magic.

1890s Ideallic Family Summer House in Österlen

This 1890 farm house, situated in the serene Österlen, in southern Skåne, is only a few hundred meters to the sea and is an idyllic holiday home. The home fully renovated in 2015-2022, has a nautical theme pervading it with bespoke art work, antiques and curious.The 4 bedrooms are tastefully decorated, have private dressing areas and built in closets. An expansive kitchen with all modern equipment. The sumptuous master bathroom with a claw foot soaking tub and separate shower is truly heavenly.

LOVELY VILLA LOCATED IN RØNNE!

Large spacious 1-story house, suitable for families. Cozy garden with large terrace and barbecue to eat the food outdoors. There is a trampoline, playhouse and much more to entertain the kids in the garden. You live centrally in relation to getting around the whole island, by bus or in your own car. Approx. 2 km to the center of Rønne and 2,5 km to the nearest sandy beach. Kaolin lake is 1 km away, it is a lovely lake to walk/run around, or take a swim in.
