The house is a few minutes' walk from Svaneke center and just a few steps from the Klippestien and overlooks Vigehavn. The house is located 1 min. walk away from one of Denmark's best sand beaches, that you usually will have all to yourself. Grocery shopping is 6 minutes away. The area has beautiful nature trails, where you won’t meet many people. The home has 3 bedrooms, a conservatory, a bathroom and a big kitchen area. Besides that there is also a large terrace.

The coastal path is just outside the house, a 10-minute walk from Gudhjem and bus connections.

Vores lille anex byggede vi for få år siden til vores børnebørn ( flest piger) derfor navnet “Hønsehuset” Som gammel bådebygger, var det enkelt at bygge en lille kahyt, med funktion, trivsel og æstetik for øje. Anexet ligger for sig selv og giver også adgang til en stille solrig havekrog. Vi bor nederst i Gudhjem, så vi har både klipper og Nørresand havn med flere atraktive badesteder inden for 100 meter.

Cozy house close to beach and city

Fantastically located back house with private garden and outdoor room. A few hundred meters from the beach and walking distance to the city center. There is plenty of room for 2 people, but with the possibility of room for 1 extra (extra charge of DKK 100 per night) children under 2 years free. The house is 200 years old with the charm that comes with old houses.
