Small 2-room accommodation with great kitchen. The location is very, very quiet and relaxing. A neighborhood cafe is right next door and is very well kept by the owners of the accommodation and therefore very quiet too.

We felt right at home at your beautiful Cocon, which is located in a quiet area and is very loving and nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay very much, especially the cozy living room and the full equipped kitchen. Checking in was very convenient and communication very well. We had a great time and would be happy to come back one day.

The barrier guard house side has a certain charm. the accommodation is well thought out with these exteriors for a stay in the countryside. Many walking or cycling tours are possible nearby and in the surrounding area. The relationship with the host was very pleasant for their attention and availability.

Excellent place. Beautiful internal design. Bedroom had tile floor with dark wooden central square. Nice bath. Personally, I loved the ability to play piano on holiday. Not an instrument you take with you.

The accommodation is well maintained and functional with everything available, top appliances in the kitchen as well as hair dryer or iron... We will be happy to come back in view of the very well located location for our weekend.

Very nice little apartment, nice sea view, the terrace is a real plus and we had beautiful weather to enjoy it. The pool is a stone's throw away, which is ideal with children. Thank you for a lovely week.

Accommodation as described, the location directly in the center of BINIC allows you to go eat or have a drink. We greatly enjoyed our stay to visit the pink granite coast which is located 45 minutes away by car.

Very nice studio, great location in relation to the city center, the port and the beach of Caroual. Olivier gave us a very nice description of the places to visit, very good culinary advice also for a good value for money. Stay in a nice apartment, well-equipped, with a beautiful sea view. Drinks available in the fridge upon arrival. Thank you for your attention. Private parking space appreciated. Several tourist destinations less than 1 hour from the apartment recommended by Hervé and Sylvie. Small bonus: very good creperie at the bottom of the residence.

Perfect for a stop or a short stay

We rented Philippe's apartment at the foot of Les Rosaires beach from May 28 to June 1, 25. We have nothing to complain about, everything was clean, tidy, practical, impeccable bedding! Plenty of storage. The smell of linens is lovely. Everything is very well explained about the functionality of the accommodation. We greatly appreciated the exchange with the host. Possibility of walking or mountain biking. Be careful, however, you have to be quite sporty!(Have cardio)! It's climbing! Otherwise, there is the long walk along the beach and the GR next to it. Accommodation in a very quiet , clean and functional environment, close to Guingamp and all amenities , I would recommend it.

The accommodation is impeccable and very well equipped and wonderfully located facing the beach. Communication with Kristell is fast and the host is very attentive. Thank you! The only small downside is that the shower cabin is a little narrow. If the opportunity arises, I will return to this accommodation.
