We were now guests at Barbara's for the second time - this time in the other half of the house and with a child. The view is simply wonderful and for children there is really everything you need. We will be happy to come back and can only recommend it!

Donatella's place is exactly as pictured: curated, welcoming, and quiet. As soon as the gate closes, you enter a private oasis where you immediately feel at home. The covered terrace is perfect for lunch or dinner outdoors with all the time, enjoying the beautiful view of the valley. We've always eaten out. The pool was clean and the view was really relaxing. Our two dogs immediately felt comfortable: the space is large and all fenced, so for sure. The shops and everything you need are nearby, and in 15 minutes you can reach the sea of Lido di Camaiore. The house is well equipped, everything works as it should. Donatella and her son are always available, kind and really work hard to make guests feel good. Simple and fast communication. Thank you for your hospitality and attention to detail! We'd love to come back.

A very comfortable home for seven people in a lovely small, quiet town!

This was one of our most memorable holidays. A guided tour to the house to which upon arrival I cannot describe the stunning, magical, peaceful view and surroundings! All made us most welcome! The surrounding towns (Callodi, Montecarlo, Pistoia), cities (Lucca) close by (30 mins) and trains to Florence very relaxing. The farmhouse, with great character, was comfortable, cool, and well equipped with many a family feast overlooking the valley under stars swimming. Many thanks to the loyal gardener! Amazing. Thank you for a magical break and we hope to return.

We had a wonderful stay, the house really felt like a home and was instantly relaxing. The whole booking and check in process was very straightforward and Giuseppe who met us to show us around the property and hand over the keys was very welcoming, kind and informative. The house has wonderfully peaceful location, with beautiful views. It has been furnished with excellent taste, and so adds to the feeling of being in a real home rather than a rental. The gardens and pool are delightful and evenings on the loggia will be remembered for a long time, we cant wait to return!

We spent 3 days for a bachelorette party. The villa is really crazy, even more beautiful than in the photo. Each floor is independent, with its kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedrooms. The house is crazy in every detail, from the decor to the amenities included. The pergola, the pool and the view are spectacular and we really enjoyed them. We also organized a party with the deejay in the pergola, wonderful! The owner was really top: very helpful in all our requests and was also very flexible both at check-in and check-out. Absolutely recommended place!!!

We felt completely comfortable at Pina's. She is a super warm host. The house is ideally suited for many people. Our highlight was cooking pasta together with Pina and using the pizza oven. The outdoor area is beautiful and much more spacious than can be seen in the photos.

We had a great stay at the villa and really enjoyed our time there! The place is spacious, well-kept, and has a very relaxing vibe — perfect for a few quiet days. Everything went smoothly during our stay, from check-in to check-out. It felt super chill overall, and the cleaning lady arrived right on time as we were leaving. A small thing to mention: the electricity went out briefly one evening, but the host was incredibly responsive and put in a lot of effort to get everything back up and running quickly. It really showed how much she cared about our comfort. All in all, a smooth and pleasant experience — we’d definitely come back!

We had a lovely week. Unfortunately, the pool was much too cold around that time. In high summer, it will certainly give good cooling. The garden is a dog paradise. We were 11 adults. The 5 rooms were too few for this. The kitchen equipment was sufficient for 12 people. We were able to cook and barbecue extensively. Unfortunately, the coffee maker was not enough for everyone. Only the conventional method helped. The separate wine cabinet was used extensively by us. All in all a good place for Max. 10 adults and two young kids at a warm season.

The surrounding landscape is absolutely stunning—peaceful, picturesque, and everything you’d hope for in Tuscany. The swimming pool was one of our favorite spots, offering an amazing panoramic view of the nearby town—just breathtaking. Our host, Tatiana , was extremely kind and welcoming. One morning, we were surprised with a delicious selection of Italian pastries for breakfast—a thoughtful and generous gesture that made our stay even more special. It’s also a great place for children, with plenty of outdoor space and a safe, relaxing environment. I would absolutely recommend this stay to families or large groups looking for a memorable Tuscan escape. I’d definitely come back!

We are very grateful that Tatiana shares her private place with us. The house has a special atmosphare, beautiful views around and beautiful nterior design with lot of memories. Everything is perfectly organised by Debora, to make our holidays wonderful. We loved the garden, the terrace, the spirit of the house and the nature around very much. Hope to come again!

John was a great host. The villa had everything you could possibly need and the photo’s don’t do it justice. Amazing property and we had a great time with a group of 12 friends. Could not recommend it more.

We had a lovely stay at Leonardos villa in the hills of the Tuscany. The place has different villas that are within walking distance of each other but with enough distance so that privacy is kept. The villa is very rustic and old, which creates the Italian charm, but of course ants also find their way into the house which you need to be aware of. We were not disturbed by that and loved the country- style feeling of the place!

Silvia is a very welcoming and pro-active host. She does not hesitate to recommend nearby activities and restaurants. Her place is very nice and the setting is very beautiful! I recommend it!

Beatrice is a great host! She welcomed us very warmly and toured the house with us. She also gave us several recommendations for things to do in the area, which we greatly appreciated. The house was spotless and the exterior layout is breathtaking. The sunrise in the morning was amazing if you're lucky enough to see it. The house is a little far from big cities so I recommend a car to make it easier to get around.

A massive thank you to fabrizio and his family for the most amazing time in his beautiful home . The house and location is stunning and it went way beyond our expectations and hopes for our first Tuscan adventure . So welcoming from the first moment , full of advice and recommendations . Nothing is too much trouble for Fabrizio as all he wants is his guests to have the best time possible . I could say so many great things about this house , the pictures on the listing sell it but you can’t fully appreciate the beauty and feeling of this house and the location until you arrive . This house is fabrizio ‘s dream , designing it and taking many years to complete . He is so proud ,and this really shows when you arrive and meet Fabrizio and his daughter for the first time . We will definitely be back to stay again , so tempted to book 3 weeks next time though !! Thank you so much Fabrizio !! Oh! The “Old Mill Place” was truly extraordinary. Our family loved it. We were a group of 12 family members and the facility had sufficient room, seperation, togetherness and wonderful history. My grandchildren loved playing in the creek and swimming in the pool. The location is out of the way but once you learned the route it was easy and only 5 minutes from town. We traveled to Florence, Lucca, Pisa, Viareggio, and Montecarlo easily. We went to town (Buggiano and Montecatini) daily and walked to Colle di Buggiano regularly (but the 10 minute hike is uphill) We absolutely would come back. Our only problem was with a local internet outage.

Thank you for a great holiday in La Casa Vigna in a beautiful place doesn't exist. We have really new the place the whole family and will definitely come back to the Tuscan. Thanks to Anne and Frank for letting us rent your lovely summerhouse. Sincerely, Peter Helvig

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Emanuela. It was out of the hustle and bustle which was nice and quiet for our family of 6. The villa was very spacious and had everything you could possibly need. You will definitely need your own car to reach this beautiful spot. We spent a day in Florence, a day exploring the wineries on Chianti, and a day at Cinque Terre and Pisa so this location was perfectly situated. Federica was especially so lovely and helpful with organising a train to Florence, places to eat and locating the grocery store. Highly suggest staying at Villa Emanuela.

We felt at home very quickly. There was a lot to offer with the pool, the sauna and the table tennis. The wood pizza oven was our highlight.
