Domenico is a fantastic Host! The perfect and clean conditions in which I found the house say a lot about the person in charge. Always available, attentive, no detail escapes him. Chiara was a wonderful host and communicated beautifully. Her home was filled with the beautiful tradition of her family heritage with special touches throughout; she and her husband kindly greeted us at the home and toured the property with us. They answered all of our questions, gifted us with a beautiful Easter cake and delicious blood oranges. We enjoyed quiet days, walking to and from town, where we enjoyed a delicious meal, gelato, coffees and breads. Our hosts shared the grocery store locals used and we shopped there daily to create delicious meals of our own, enjoying them at their spacious dining table. We gathered around the table for games and meals and cozied up in their living room to chat, read, and plan daily excursions. We loved our trip to the local waterfall even in the rain and a bit of snow; it was magical. We loved our tour of the small local lake at the top of the mountain and enjoyed drinks and fries at the local bar there. We even drove into Firenze for a day💗🇮🇹☺️

We booked several days of summer sightseeing. I highly recommend it to everyone, the neighborhood is nice, it has a rustic atmosphere, nice and calm house and garden. The surrounding cities are easily accessible from here. The host couple is very nice and responsive, hospitable, thank you for the delicious coffee!

We stayed at Simone's place with 3 adults, a baby and a little dog for 3 days. Many reasons why we enjoyed it and why we recommend everyone to stay here: interior spaces of the accommodation, size and care of the fenced garden for the exclusive use of guests (the presence of the fence, among other things, is essential for those who, like us, bring their dog), full nature of the surroundings, extreme kindness and availability of Simone as host and last but not least, it was the most well-stocked accommodation we have ever stayed in in Italy and abroad. In short, we highly recommend it to those who want to unplug from the daily city rhythms and we will certainly do it again!

Antonio was a magnificent host and the house is really nice and quiet!

We stayed for four nights in the house with a group of nine friends from Finland. The house has all the comforts needed for cooking and spending time together. There are various games and even a gym! The house is also located in beautiful mountain scenery, next to a quiet road, so peace and nature are guaranteed. The beds are comfortable, and the pillows and duvets are super soft – just like in a hotel! The showers have toiletries, and there are even three bathrooms. The kitchen was small, but there were plenty of dishes and cooking utensils, and we were able to prepare several meals each day for our large group. The biggest highlight, however, was the lovely, friendly, and helpful host, Tania. She helped us with all our questions, brought us fruit and cakes, and was the best host ever! Highly recommended – La Casa dei Faggi!

Vittorio and Rosa Maria were the perfect hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. Vittorio provided great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit including a winery and cheese making factory. Also we had a fantastic meal cooked by Rosa Maria. It is a good base to visit other cities such as Modena and Parma (and others) by road or by train. The house was spacious, well equipped and felt like more like a family home with books, comfortable sofas a lovely sitting room and bedrooms. We very much enjoyed our stay and had a great holiday. We felt very comfortable and had a nice time :) The accommodation absolutely matches the pictures and the description. It is spacious and well equipped, with small snacks and drinks for the first day! The large pool was open, so we could swim a lot. In addition, a large gas grill is available for grilling. Our host Riccardo was friendly, helpful, was always available and even inflated a hodgepodge of bath toys for the pool for our children. A great little bakery is three houses down. Otherwise, you need a car to explore the area - but I think you should inform yourself about this in advance. The only thing that bothered me was the noise from the neighbors. Due to the dogs and small children, we sat up in bed several times late at night, as it was really very loud. After three nights, we got used to it.

A unique and special experience awaits you if you book to stay with Roberta and Georgio! Not only is the apartment spotless, charming and neat as a pin, but the are so many extras too. The local recommendations are excellent, and your hosts will go out of their way to make you feel welcome and provide you with everything you need (and more). Having a kitchen full of breakfast foods already stocked, made our stay with children so much easier. If you are looking for a holiday that is luxurious, culturally enriching and peaceful, then look no further. You will need a car to get here, but it's totally worth the trip. Couldn't have asked for more, and have never stayed anywhere better. Highly recommended.

Million dollar view. Marco and Laura are the most wonderful hosts and we would happily return to this lovely property. They went out of their way to accommodate us and our guests. The property was exactly what we needed: being two, two bedroom houses, side-by-side; we had privacy, as did our guests. The property is well equipped and we enjoyed using the fire bbq, the pool, playing pool in the evenings. Cooking was delightful, using an extensive array of herbs and vegetation from the garden, planted by Marco and Laura. Our hosts have filled cupboards with towels for the house and for use at the pool and there is a washing machine in each property and a clothes line for drying. The wifi is good. Warm evenings sat at the al fresco patio table, with an exceptional view of snowy mountains and a mountain rock that inspired Dante’s Inferno, is very special. Accommodation used to break a long trip. Comfortable to get to from the highway is in the middle of lush greenery. Everything is very clean, beyond my previous experience. The spaces are spacious and rooms and bathrooms are the result of a recent renovation. The pool available to guests is really inviting. Having to redo the same route, I would choose this accommodation again.

As beautiful as the description was, the reality was even better. Sandra’s guide to local activities and restaurants was one of the best I’ve seen. The place was spacious, the surrounding grounds beautiful, and the pool a welcome treat this summer.
