Kate’s Place is beyond description. Perfect in every way. The converted barn has every modern convenience. Comfortable, lots of room, very stylish, quiet and secluded. The beds were very comfortable with great pillows which is always very important we loved it. Easy access to the west, London or the further south. We made several day trips. Kate is an amazing host and made our stay perfect. We can’t wait to come back.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at Charles' place in Blackheath. The area is peaceful and tranquil—perfect for a relaxing getaway. We especially loved walking our dogs through the nearby woods, which added to the charm of the location. The accommodation itself was clean, tidy, and compact, with everything we needed for a short break. While mobile phone signal in the area is limited, the Wi-Fi was excellent (around 60Mbps), so we were still able to stay connected. Charles was a fantastic host—friendly and easy to communicate with. The listing and Google Maps link he provided included lots of helpful local tips, including recommendations for nearby pubs. We’d happily return if we’re ever in the area again!

Wow what an amazing stay! Our family had the most luxurious stay here. Beautiful surroundings, pristine house and the most maintained beautiful pool we’ve ever been in. The water was perfect temperature and the layout of the house was fantastic with open doors from the lounge out onto the pool side. We definitely will be staying here again for some family time together. Highly recommend

Beautiful surroundings. Easy to find the house. Good restaurants not too far. Ali lives next door so it is easy to walk there if you need anything. People who work and coming at the farm are very nice & friendly. Only one thing to remind is it is a bit difficult to get phone signal around the area but the WiFi in house is strong. So if you rent a car, try to get one with navigation.

Nice peaceful, quiet place. Just what I needed after a busy few days work. Easy to find, clean functional and comfortable space that allowed me to relax for the evening

Katie’s apartment was stunning! Extremely clean and tastefully renovated. The bed was amazing and loved the luxury of a small tv at the foot of the bed. There is nothing I could fault about this accommodation and would not hesitate to recommend it to everyone. You won’t be disappointed.

It was our first Airbnb stay, we normally stay at hotels in the area and I must say, hands down, Debbie's little oasis in the Surrey Hills was infintely better than all of those experiences combined! What a treat! Debbie is a phenomenal host, she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and the little touches made all the difference. It was tranquil, comfortable, effortless and I would recommend this stay to anyone looking to get away from the city and explore Surrey. We would most definitely like to stay there again sometime. Thank you Debbie for a wonderful weekend.

We had a wonderful, relaxing and peaceful time. We did have a car which made it easy to get places from here. However, there are some pubs near by to stroll to. Arthur was easy to communicate with and provided clear instructions on how to find the accommodation. Thank you for a great stay :)

A beautifully decorated small flat in the heart of Crystal Palace. Perfect for a couple. My parents stayed there for the weekend when visiting and they really liked it. Thank you!

The house and the host were fabulous. A lovely home from home, comfortable beds, made up exactly as requested. Generously stocked kitchen and extra treats! David was in touch before our stay with lots of very useful information and again on check in day to see how our journey was going. We had a great stay and look forward to our next visit. Me and my boyfriend stayed for 2 nights and absolutely loved our stay at Bela & Steve’s property, the area was lovely and very peaceful. There are loads of great food places as well (would recommend Surrey Palace for a great Indian takeaway!), and getting places was very easy (drove to central London on the second day). Checking in was easy and flexible, the guesthouse was in pristine condition and we felt it had a really homely feel. We had quick and helpful communication from Bela and Steve whenever we had any questions too. Overall we could not recommend the property or the hosts enough and hope to be back very soon!

Susan’s apartment was perfect for what we needed. Spacious, excellent condition and great location for not visiting nearby friends and walking to town.

I was extremely pleased with my choice of this place. From the very first contact, Peter was attentive and helpful, always available to assist from before check-in until checkout. The space is beautiful, cozy, and offers a unique connection with nature. The entire experience was amazing from start to finish. I loved every detail, plan to return, and definitely recommend it!

We had a fabulous stay at Martin’s place. It was a great location for a nearby wedding. Spotlessly clean and some thoughtful touches were left for us to use/enjoy like milk, bread etc. Martin was very responsive and helpful and a great host.

Sonia and Philip’s place is a showcase loft apartment for their successful kitchen design business located in the OpenHaus Kitchens studio below. There are many smart design features. The main room is light filled, private, tasteful and comfortable. Although the busy road noise takes some getting used to, the bedroom is restful. Runners & walkers can head towards Bensonshill Wood. Grocery needs are well met by M&S Food at Pease Pottage Services, good coffee at the Woodgate Hub & pub food at the Black Swan. Delicious wood fired pizzas are served from the Pizzacraft van on Saturdays 5-8pm. We had a very nice stay and highly recommend the Loft.

Joanne’s place was truly outstanding. Relocating from Australia to the UK was a big transition, and staying here made it feel effortless. The location is ideal. Just a short walk to the train station for easy trips into London, and the neighbourhood felt completely safe, even when walking home at night. The home itself is beautifully designed and incredibly cosy. The shower had excellent water pressure, the kitchen was a joy to cook in, and the afternoon sun pouring through the patio doors was such a highlight. Enjoying a quiet morning coffee out on the patio was a lovely ritual that made it feel like home. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and the space was perfect for working from home. Joanne was a dream host. Warm, responsive, and genuinely kind. I couldn’t have asked for a better start to my UK chapter. Highly, highly recommend.
