The Perchoir des Graves

Come and experience an unusual night in complete privacy and take a break perched in the heart of the Pessac-Léognan vineyards. This tree house perched more than 5 meters high in an oak grove with jacuzzi and reading net will allow you to relax and enjoy the view of the vineyards. The accommodation is located 500 meters from Sources de Caudalie, 20 minutes from Bordeaux, less than an hour from Arcachon and about 30 minutes from Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport. Breakfast is included!

"Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

Le Studio Guitraud Gîte

Studio close to all amenities. Quiet, on the 1st floor of a 2-unit building. The studio overlooks the inner courtyard. Recently renovated, you will find a fitted and equipped kitchen (induction hob, electric oven, microwave, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, filter coffee maker, top fridge with freezer...), a main room with a sofa bed (160 x 200), a table, 4 chairs, Smart TV, storage, wifi. Free parking and bus line 50 meters away.

Air-conditioned wooden cabin

Cabin and its outbuildings are located in the owners' garden but are totally independent of their home. The cabin is on stilts (1.50 m) around a tree. It is 15 m2 and consists of a single room with a 160 cm bed, a toilet and shower area, a sink. A footbridge gives access to two additional wooden shelters: the first offers a dining table and an equipped counter (fridge, microwave, sink) and the second a relaxation/lounge area.
