Coutras SNCF train station (trains 31 min from Bordeaux) is only 3 km away, as well as the nearest supermarket, and the A89 highway is 5 minutes away And by car, the beautiful city of Bergerac is 40 minutes away, and 15 minutes from the unmissable village of St Emilion and the beautiful city of Libourne. Linens and towels are not provided.

Vous disposerez d'une cuisine aménagée et équipée, d'une salle d'eau avec douche à l'italienne, d'un coin salon avec canapé convertible et d'un coin chambre avec de nombreux rangements. Mais aussi d'un coin extérieur avec table, stationnement sécurisé avec caméra. Possibilité de garer des motos à l'abri si besoin.

Cabane bâtie essentiellement avec des matériaux de récupération sur le petit îlot de notre étang. Aménagement intérieur confortable, adapté aussi bien pour des séjours courts que pour des séjours longs. The guest house "Le figuier du clos d'Emilion" adjoins our house, which has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished to offer all modern comforts. "Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

Studio in the countryside

1 hour from Bordeaux, 25 minutes from Saint Emilion, 4 km from Cercoux, on the edge of the woods in this nice little fully equipped studio (independent entrance (key box), kitchen and dining area, with basic necessities (coffee, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, etc.) and all the linen, you will enjoy a peaceful setting next to the owners who will be at your disposal. Located in an old house, it is naturally air-conditioned for the heat.

Air-conditioned wooden cabin

Cabin and its outbuildings are located in the owners' garden but are totally independent of their home. The cabin is on stilts (1.50 m) around a tree. It is 15 m2 and consists of a single room with a 160 cm bed, a toilet and shower area, a sink. A footbridge gives access to two additional wooden shelters: the first offers a dining table and an equipped counter (fridge, microwave, sink) and the second a relaxation/lounge area.
