Lovely cottage in Marielyst on Lolland Falster

The house is bright and cozy. My place is good for couples and families (with kids). A super summer house, which can be used all year round, is located 200 meters to Denmark's best beach. Marielyst is a good holiday paradise, with beach, forest, abundant birds and expensive life. Marielyst also has shopping, restaurants, cafes and bars. The house can also be used in winter, there is an energy-friendly heat pump, and the house is well insulated. Price is without electricity consumption. So, the requirement for additional payment for electricity consumption comes after the stay.

Charming, cozy house in the heart of Nykøbing F

Right by the water and yet just a 5-minute walk to the city is my lovely home. It's quiet. Garden with lots of flowers, shrubs and oases where you can relax in the garden furniture. There is always the opportunity to find both sun and shade. For example, the long summer evenings can be enjoyed under the covered terrace. The house contains two bedrooms on the 1st floor. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with smaller dining area, angular living room and bathroom with heating in the floor. Entrance from the utility room that also contains sink and washing machine.

You are close to great experiences at Lolland and Falster. Plenty of options for dining, cinema, theatre and shopping within walking distance of the apartment. We may agree on the possibility of bedding on the air mattress in the living room. The apartment has 2 small balconies. The apartment is located on the 1st floor. There is no elevator. Free parking.

Flot anneks i romantisk stil. Huset er på 36 kvm. Køkken, stue, spiseplads og soveværelse i én, derudover er der badeværelse med brus. Terrasse med havemøbler. Huset ligger i naturskønt område i den del, som kaldes "det gamle Marielyst" En af Danmarks bedste badestrande ligger kun 300 meter væk. Det tager 5 minutter at gå til Marielyst torv, hvor der er skønne butikker og gode spisesteder. El afregnes på stedet. I 2023 nye vinduer og døre samt varmepumpe. We've spent a lot of time renovating our small wooden house with uncycled building materials, decorated it with heirlooms and flea finds, and are now ready to have guests over. The house is located in our orchard, close to nature, forest, good beaches, medieval towns, Fuglsang Art Museum and far from noise - with the exception of our quail and free-range silk hens, which may well go out from time to time. Here you can enjoy the tranquility and relax for a lovely sunset. Here are all the necessary amenities that you need.
