Newly built town/harbor with sea swimming within walking distance with good shopping opportunities as well as a restaurant/pizza. Netto and Brugsen. 1/2 hour drive to Lalandia, Knuthenborg, Dodekalitten. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

Beautiful summer cottage in Marielyst on Lolland Falster

The house is bright and cozy. My place is good for couples and families (with kids). A super summer house, which can be used all year round, is located 200 meters to Denmark's best beach. Marielyst is a good holiday paradise, with beach, forest, abundant birds and expensive life. Marielyst also has shopping, restaurants, cafes and bars. The house can also be used in winter, there is an energy-friendly heat pump, and the house is well insulated. Price is without electricity consumption. So, the requirement for additional payment for electricity consumption comes after the stay.

Our cozy wooden cottage is the perfect getaway! The main house has a living room, dining area and kitchen combined in one, with a sofa bed for two. The bedroom has a double bed with a private entrance, and the bathroom offers a shower for peace and relaxation. From the kitchen, you can go out on a large wooden terrace – perfect for morning coffee and dinners. 4 min. walk to the beach/water and shared swimming pool in the summer. Chromecast, books and basic items such as shampoo, conditioner and coffee machine. Bring your own bedding and towels.

The house is set up for a family holiday or weekend, as well as for a work stay in peace and quiet. The house is cleaned upon arrival – therefore a mandatory cleaning fee.

Flot og hyggeligt indrettet sommerhus i træ, beliggende på en dejlig grund i rolige omgivelser, og tæt på skov og dejlig sand strand. Rummelig stue kombineret med åbent køkken. Til huset er der både en overdækket og åben terrasse. Der er en sovesofa i stue, og to værelser med dobbelt senge. Sommerhuset er til max 6 personer. Men bedst til 4 personer. Derudover er der 1 stk. Barneseng. Til ferieboligen hører 10 m2 overdækket terrasse, og 80 m2 dejlig stor træterrasse med Grill, og havemøbler.

Huset har 162 kvm i grund plan, og yderligere 30 kvm hems og værelse på 1 sal. Huset hjerte er er stort køkken-alrum stue på ca 90 kvm, hvor der er masser af plads til alle. Welcome to our "sommerhus". It is 135m2 and located 700m (10 minutes) from the beach and Marielyst's center. During the renovation, we attached great importance to sustainable materials, Nordic design and a wide range of activities. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, heated pool, outdoor shower, sandpit, playhouse, smart TV, WiFi and activity room with table tennis, table football and a climbing wall. This cosy holiday home is peacefully located in scenic surroundings in Denmark’s southernmost holiday area. It features an energy-efficient heat pump and a wood-burning stove that adds warmth and comfort on chilly evenings. Marielyst, located 3 km away, offers ice cream, shopping, and good restaurants.
