House was nicely furnished and well equipped. The games in the garage were a nice added touch. It was also well equipped for those with little ones. Owners are great and you will have a great time!

Wonderful stay!!

We had an amazing time at Irina’s beach house! The place was exactly like the pictures, very clean and lots of space. We loved the private beach access and the private pool for guests staying here. Irina made sure we had everything we needed including amazing amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms and everything you could possibly need for the beach. The wagon for the kids definitely came in handy as well as the many beach umbrellas! She was very responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns we had. We will definitely be back as it was probably the best Airbnb we have been to so far. Highly recommend this place!

Loved being in East Hill with short drive to beach and access to great restaurants - Five Sisters, Burrow, 86Forks, Bonellis, East Hill pizza, all within 5-7 minute drive. Loved riding bikes around neighborhood and enjoyed patio! Great to be able to cook breakfast in mornings. Bed was extremely comfortable and Cort was very communicative! One of the best places we have stayed in East Hill.

Was short trip, but host was so speedy in communication!! Even offered to help locate something we lost! Place was nice and clean! Definitely will be back for a longer stay when we can!!!!

A great location with a short 2-3 min walk to the beach. The house is beautiful and has been renovated. Very clean upon arrival! The rooms have enough beds to accomodate 17 people. It was so nice not to have anyone sleeping on the couch! Plenty of bathrooms for all. The pool was great and plenty of pool towels were provided. Games for the kids was a PLUS! Upon arrival we had a few grill options that were not that great. To our surprise, Lena arranged a new grill to be delivered and put together for us. It was a pure coincidence, I did not contact her to complain. The handy man was super nice and asked permission before coming on the property. We even had a sweet treat delivered one morning complements of Lena. 🍩 I have been renting large properties like this for several years now and I can honestly say I have no complaints from this one. Lena was great to communicate with and went above and beyond to make our stay a good one. I would definitely like to stay here again in the future

Pelican’s Landing was PERFECT! The location was great, the house was absolutely beautiful and the beds were super comfy. Patty was extremely responsive and we loved the amenities available. We are already planning our next trip!

This was a great stay with plenty of kitchen items, bathroom items, linen and beach items. The community was beautiful, clean, and had great amenities. The location was also great and allowed us to visit plenty of beaches, restaurants, and stores. There was plenty of space for my family (10 people) and we would stay again in the future.

Please stay here! The house is amazing and comfortably fit 8 adults and 2 children. Plenty of space to relax and play the games that were provided. Shannon was super and responded quickly to all of our questions. We had a breaker trip, and she let us know where the box was to get the power back on. The screened in deck was perfect for sunrises and coffee. The bathrooms were a nice size and lots of towels were provided. The beach was a quick stroll away with white sand and blue water. It wasn't too crowded and the weather was perfect We had the opportunity to ride through the property on the golf cart and stop for lunch at the on site restaurant. The pool was perfect! Everything you need was within a 15 minute driving distance. We even got to see the Blue Angels Demo. We traveled to the surrounding beaches and shops. Shannon, you thought of everything which made it special. Thank you for your hospitality. Your home is absolutely beautiful and we would definitely stay again. 😊💚

The booking was exactly like what the photos presented. Great host and even greater experience. My party of 16 were all able to find home in the booking with plenty of bedding, kitchen space, and functional amenities. The host provided plenty of recommendations, tips, and weather reports! There was a storm brewing near the end of our stay and Jane kept my party up-to-speed.

This AirBnB was one of the best that my husband and I have stayed. Shae was a lovely host who gave recommendations for the area, had board games to use, as well as books to read. The private balcony was great to read on during the morning hours. The pool was a nice touch along with the beach house. We had no idea about the area, but this townhouse was perfect! You can’t go wrong staying here!

This is our 3rd year staying with Patty and Dan and they go above and beyond to accommodate! Stunning home with everything you could possibly want or need. Wonderful family vacation!

Perdido Key is a great area for a restful family vacation. Pool is walkable, but we didn't walk to the beach with all our gear. This home is set up for a family with open kitchen/dining/living room and connected covered porch. We spent much of the week together in this area making memories with our small children. Careful when you time your visit. We visited end of Sep into Oct and just barely missed a hurricane!! We drove out of the rain into beautiful sunny Florida, and no rain for us until the last day. We drove back home to sunshine. We were very fortunate.

My family & I had an amazing stay at this beach house in Orange Beach, Alabama! Holly and Todd were incredibly kind and accommodating — they even offered us a late check-out, which we really appreciated. The house was spotless and stocked with everything you could possibly need for a perfect beach getaway. From beach chairs and towels to a fully equipped kitchen, they truly thought of everything. One of the best parts was having access to a golf cart — such a fun and convenient way to get around! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation.

Great place to stay! We were there for a wedding with our entire family and we all had plenty plenty of room in this beautiful home. The amenities are great. Love that you can ride the bus to the beach and back. Swim pool is large. Quiet but family friendly. Thanks for making our stay so wonderful.

We enjoyed our stay at Orange Beach Villas. Our unit was clean and very comfortable. The community pool was nice but could have been kept a little cleaner. The location was perfect!

Terri's place was great. Comfy beds. Plenty of soft fluffy towels. Kitchen fully equipped. Enjoyed the screened in back porch. We had 5 adults and 2 children and had plenty of room. The rollaway bed was another position addition. Terri is a fantastic communicater- always willing to help. Most definitely would like to stay again!

We had such a great stay here. Super close walk to the beach and the pools were great too! We had a few hiccups, hard to find the villa (it’s when you first pull into the complex) and we found a few bugs around the villa. However, the hosts were quick to respond. We would definitely rebook!

We had a fantastic stay! The place was perfect for a quick weekend getaway for me, my husband, and our two boys. As soon as you step onto the beach, there are chairs available to rent, which made things super convenient. The security guard really stood out—he did a great job keeping the indoor pool area calm and safe, making sure kids weren’t getting too rowdy, which I really appreciated. He was also very attentive during storms, clearing the pool immediately at the first sign of lightning. I saw him regularly walking the property, which is something I rarely see at other places we’ve stayed. !!10 outa 10!!

This was seriously THE BEST beach vacation we have ever had. This place was the perfect amount of space for our family, very clean, absolutely beautiful! Betsy provided ALL the beach accessories that we needed which made for such an easy trip each day to the beach. Access to the beach was easy to get to and just perfect! The pool was right out the back of the house and all the people were so kind. We would stay at this place every year if we could!

Great stay, nothing of significance, got exactly what I expected and would stay again.
