The house is functionally and modernly furnished. A large sofa in the living area can be used as an additional sleeping space. Large built-in closets in the bedroom offer plenty of storage space. The kitchen-living room is equipped with an XL fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a cooking/baking combination as well as everything you need for cooking and baking. Coffee maker, kettle and microwave are also available. In the beautiful large garden there is a private seating area.

The loft bed invites you to snuggle in, and the new kitchenette offers all the comforts. On your own terrace, you can barbecue or just chill out. The huge garden can be used for relaxing & reading. There is a fireplace, fruit trees, a tree bench & hammocks to relax. The surroundings offer countless great excursion destinations.

The apartment is a completely independent bright basement apartment in a family house. The apartment is well maintained and is centrally located in Geesthacht. There are excellent connections to Hamburg, Lüneburg and Lübeck. There is a single bed and a couch to pull out. Occupancy with two people is therefore possible. The apartment is located in a listed villa, which was originally built in 1864. There are eight apartments in the house, which are spread over four levels. The house has a living area of 550 m², the apartment, which is located on the second level, is 32 m² in size. The kitchenette is equipped with a built-in kitchen that allows normal cooking. On the ground floor there is a cleaning room with a washing machine and dryer.

Towels and linens are provided. Pets are welcome by arrangement. The large garden behind the house can be shared. If required, a children's travel bed can be provided.
