Holiday rentals with a patio in Gümüşlük

We had a great time in this apartment. The kitchen has basic amenities with small extras, everything was clean, a small dressing table was also included and the view from our balcony was just beautiful and in the evening you could watch the sunset wonderfully. The beach and smaller supermarkets are right outside the door, a large supermarket is 5 minutes walk. The old town with magnificent restaurants is also a 7-minute walk away and a dream beach with beach bars can be reached in 5 minutes by bike. Vaggiles was an incredibly good host! He organized a car and bike rental for us, always responded directly and was always on hand whenever you needed help. Thank you so much for this great time. My boyfriend and I therefore make a great recommendation for this apartment!

Dimitrios and his father were one of the most friendliest host we have ever had. The apartment was clean and it was equipped with everything you need. We even got soap and shower gel, which was nice. The location was beautiful and peaceful while still being located very close to the Center. We even had two balconies where we sat every evening. Thank you for the amazing stay ! If we visit Kos again we will definitely stay with Dimitrios again !

I stayed with my family at Mr. İlhan's house for the second time. Everything about the house is perfect. There are facilities to meet all your needs, such as the view, location, etc. Mr. İlhan is a very hospitable, thoughtful and very caring host. I highly recommend it.

Dimitros was very friendly. He responded positively to all my questions. In fact, since we have 2 children, he was very kind to us, and I thank him for this until the end. The beds were very comfortable, clean and tidy. Towel sheets were clean. You can get there by paying 7 Euros for a 7-minute taxi ride from the port. Walking distance to the center 10 minutes

The apartment was spotless and spacious, in a perfect location to access the harbour, old town and all beaches. Surrounded by lovely restaurants, and the host was very helpful and friendly and aided us with transport. I would 10/10 recommend the apartment and will definitely be returning :).

Apartment is exactly as shown in photos, the location is perfect for exploring the old town and lots of small touches in the apartment by the host to make us feel welcome. The balcony was really spacious and lovely to sit and have a coffee and see the street below.

Ebru's house is a short walk from the bustling waterfront, it is peaceful, with family living close by in a cosy atmosphere, it was a short distance to everywhere in Bodrum, a block away from the location of the Mausoleum of Halicarnasus, a wonder of the ancient world. my brother and I enjoyed staying there, would love to visit again one day

Anne Marie is a kind and good host. She informed us very well at check-in and checkout. The house is just as it is in the pictures, stylish and quite clean. Almost all the tools you'll need are available. The garden is well-maintained and great for children, the stairs can get a little tired. There is a barbecue in the garden. Each room has air conditioning and is a very useful house for families with children. The humidity is almost non-existent, and you can only sleep at night without air conditioning by opening the glass. There are mosquito nets on the windows. There are 2 bathrooms and very comfortable for stays of 6 people. The sea does not deepen very clean and clear quickly in August, six round stones and gravel, the beach is cakil-stone. In the morning, the amount of waves increases according to the wind in the afternoon. A warm sea for children. The beach is yours and you feel private. It was a very pleasant and beautiful holiday for us. Thank you for the peaceful and perfect amenities and see you 😊 again

Perfect house, perfect host, perfect location. Great experience. It felt like a luxury hotel suite experience in each of the different areas created in its own home, peace, huge garden. The host made the start and last best for us with an excellent warm welcome and incredibly flexible time when we left. Not only the house but also the surrounding factors are in incredible harmony and beauty. Maybe the school right next door might bother you if you're going on a weekend vacation but there was an invisible sound wall for me. The house's own magic is enough to suppress all this sound. Not a sound you'll have a problem with. If I had a 2nd vacation plan in Kos, I would still prefer the same house.

It was a really great stay. The biggest share in this, of course, belongs to Petros, the host. He is a very helpful and friendly person. The location of the place is already very nice, the entrances and exits were very easy. We had a very nice holiday with everything. Thank you Petros 🙏

Absolutely loved our stay! The home we booked was a true gem. The views were breathtaking—waking up to those serene landscapes each morning was a real treat and at night the Bodrum castle looked stunning. The space was beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we could need. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, and their local tips were super helpful. The neighborhood itself was peaceful yet close enough to everything we wanted to explore. Plus, the internet was fast and reliable, which was a big plus! The home was also spacious and had a warm, comfortable vibe that made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this place—can’t wait for another stay!

The house is in a great location, we ate every evening against the sunset view. It is very close to the sea by stairs from the house, the site is very organized people, there are no sunbeds problems even on the holiday, the sea mornings are a little wavy in the afternoon, but it is not cold to enter and the water temperature is not cold, the house is very nicely furnished, the house is very well furnished, the house is dusted because the house was left open for cleaning on the first day, although the house was cleaned on the first day, we wrote to Mr. Berke and he wrote it again, the house was a little old and small, the barbecue in the house was a bit old and small, we were very impressed with the veranda, we were very impressed with the veranda. Everything was great, we felt like we went to our own vacation home. There are two huge patios, no air conditioning is needed, the materials in the house are of good quality, we are satisfied, we recommend it.

We had a great stay experience. The host offered us an extra stay because there were no guests before and after, and thanks to him, we had a longer vacation. We had a perfect stay! The location was excellent. Everything we needed was within walking distance. The apartment looked exactly like the photos, was clean, and beautifully furnished. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in was very easy, and Stamatis was a wonderful host, always available, very friendly, and checked in to make sure everything was going well. We would definitely stay here again!

I loved a very peaceful home! The view and garden are nicer than the photos. Very right choice if you are looking for calm. I stayed alone, but 2-3 people can easily stay in the house and it was immaculately clean, the newly painted kitchen is quite large and if you want to cook, you can easily do it. The bedroom is big and comfortable, there is a 3 door closet. There is air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom. The internet speed is very good, like me for those who work from home. I see this as an advantage, but I would still like to point out that there are many stairs for transportation to the house, you do your daily sports ☺️ The house is a must on top of a hill and there is a Migros, bakery, diner, hairdresser 1 minute away by car. 7 minutes to Gümüşlük by car, 12 minutes to Yalikavak marina, 35 minutes to the center. Zoe is a really interested host, although she was not here, everything was very well taken care of, everything was perfect, and Mr. Zafer came when I needed everything, thank you very much, if I come back to the basement, she will definitely stay at Zoe's house 🙏🏼 again

very nice cosy apartment. walking distance to Kos marina and small part of sandy beach. Bigger sandy beaches can be reached by public transport (bus) easily and very cheap. Not more than 3.50 euro. Bus station is 5 mins walking from apartment. Bus time table is easily down loaded from Google. Sunset on horse back highly recommended. Also Zia mountain village. Pizza con near the apartment must be tried. Our only issue was noise coming from the road but if you ok with it do not look any further.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definite consider next time in Kos. The fish restaurant next door was amazing, ferries to Turkey & other activities are across the street. Easy walk or bike rides to sandy beaches. Highly recommend Stella’s place!

We booked the two-bedroom suite for our family vacation. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful. For long stay guests, trash is picked every day and deep clean with towel change is weekly but when we asked for new towels they made an exception. The pool was nice and cafe next to the pool was good but closed super early (5pm). The restaurants around the hotel are pricey, so we mostly cooked our own food (ask for pots and silverware at the reception!) or ate out in budget-friendly and authentic spots closer to Bitez or Bodrum. We rented a car so it was easy to get around. The car allowed us to visit nearby beaches and towns because there is not a lot of public transit in the area. It’s a 5-min walk to a nice beach, especially if you go further right where more beach cafes are. Even though we visited in the shoulder season, the weather was very warm, we could swim in the sea, and there were lots of things to do without suffering the crowds and high prices.

The accommodation was exactly as described and as in the photos - everything was clean, tidy and well equipped. The location is really great: it's less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, and there are bakeries and small supermarkets nearby. Particularly practical for families: there is a kind of playground directly opposite the accommodation, so the children could play right outside the door and within sight. Host Michael was super polite, very accommodating and always helpful. You feel like you are in good hands. I can really recommend this great accommodation to everyone!

Such a relaxing place, and very quiet and peaceful. We had all that we needed in the apartment. We walked to local supermarket and cooked in the apartment, we stayed for two nights and just chilled on the balcony with the amazing view, we also took a dip in the on site pool. We are returning next year for longer because we loved it so much
