Holiday rentals with a patio in Gümüşlük

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit in diesem Apartment. Die Küche hat eine Grundausstattung mit kleinen Extras, alles war sauber, ein kleiner Schminktisch war auch dabei und der Ausblick von unserem Balkon war einfach nur wunderschön und abends konnte man herrlich den Sonnenuntergang beobachten. Der Strand und kleinere Supermärkte sind direkt vor der Tür, ein großer Supermarkt ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Auch die Altstadt mit herrlichen Restaurants sind 7 Gehminuten entfernt und ein Traumstrand mit Beachbars sind mit dem Fahrrad in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Vaggiles war ein unglaublich guter Gastgeber! Er hat uns eine Auto- und Fahrradvermietung organisiert, hat immer direkt geantwortet und war immer zur Stelle, wenn man Hilfe brauchte. Vielen, vielen Dank an dich für diese tolle Zeit. Mein Freund und ich sprechen somit eine große Empfehlung für dieses Apartment aus!

Dimitrios and his father were one of the most friendliest host we have ever had. The apartment was clean and it was equipped with everything you need. We even got soap and shower gel, which was nice. The location was beautiful and peaceful while still being located very close to the Center. We even had two balconies where we sat every evening. Thank you for the amazing stay ! If we visit Kos again we will definitely stay with Dimitrios again !

Ailemle beraber İlhan beyin evinde ikinci defa konakladık. Evle ilgili her şey dört dörtlük. Manzarası, konumu vs. Tüm ihtiyaçlarınızı karşılayacak olanaklar mevcut. İlhan bey çok misafirperver, ince fikirli ve çok ilgili bir ev sahibi. Şiddetle tavsiye ediyorum.

Dimitros çok dost canlısıydı. Tüm sorularıma yardımcı olarak olumlu cevap verdi. Hatta 2 çocuklu olduğumuz için bize fazlasıyla iyilik gösterdi bu konu hakkında sonuna kadar teşekkür ediyorum. Yataklar çok rahat tertemiz ve düzenliydi. Havlu çarşaflar tertemizdi. limandan 7 dk 7 Euro taksi ücreti ödeyerek ulaşıyorsunuz. Merkeze yürüme mesafesi 10 dk.

The apartment was spotless and spacious, in a perfect location to access the harbour, old town and all beaches. Surrounded by lovely restaurants, and the host was very helpful and friendly and aided us with transport. I would 10/10 recommend the apartment and will definitely be returning :).

Lovely apartment in a great location. It's just outside the centre so is peaceful and quiet but only a short walk. Spacious, clean and great amenities. Host is so helpful and friendly.

Apartment is exactly as shown in photos, the location is perfect for exploring the old town and lots of small touches in the apartment by the host to make us feel welcome. The balcony was really spacious and lovely to sit and have a coffee and see the street below.

Ebru's house is a short walk from the bustling waterfront, it is peaceful, with family living close by in a cosy atmosphere, it was a short distance to everywhere in Bodrum, a block away from the location of the Mausoleum of Halicarnasus, a wonder of the ancient world. my brother and I enjoyed staying there, would love to visit again one day

Anne Marie kibar ve iyi bir ev sahibi.Giris ve çıkışlarda bizi çok iyi bilgilendirdi. Ev tıpkı resimlerde olduğu gibi, şık ve oldukça temiz. İhtiyaç duyacağınız araç gereçlerin neredeyse tümü mevcut. Bahcesi bakimli ve çocuklar için harika, merdivenler biraz yorabilir. Bahçede barbekü olanağı bulunuyor. Her odada klima mevcut ve çocuklu aileler için çok kullanışlı bir ev. Nem oranı neredeyse yok denecek kadar ve geceleri klimasız sadece cam açarak uyuyabilirsiniz. Camlarda sineklik mevcut. 2 banyo olmasi 6 kişilik konaklamalar için oldukça konforlu. Deniz Ağustos ayında çok temiz ve berrak hızlı derinleşmiyor altı yuvarlak taş ve çakıl, plajı cakil-taş. Sabahları deniz sakın öğleden sonra rüzgara göre dalga miktari artıyor. Çocuklar için sıcak bir deniz. Plaj sakın sanki size ait ve özel hissediyorsunuz. Bizim için çok keyifli ve güzel bir tatildi. Mükemmel ev, mükemmel ev sahibi, mükemmel konum. Harika bir deneyim. Kendi evinde hissi, huzuru, kocaman bahçesinde oluşturulan farklı alanların her birisinde sanki bir lüks otel suit deneyimi konforumdaydı. Ev sahibi mükemmel sıcak bir karşılama ve ayrılırken inanılmaz esnek saat imkanı ile bizim için başlangıç ve sonun en güzel şekilde olmasını sağladı. Sadece ev değil çevredeki etkenler ilede inanılmaz uyum ve güzellik içerisinde. Haftaiçi tatil yapacak olursanız hemen yanındaki okul belki sizi rahatsız edebilir ama benim için görünmez bir ses duvarı vardı. Evin kendi büyüsü tüm bu sesi bastırmaya yeterli. Sorun edeceğiniz bir ses değil. Kos’ta 2. bir tatil planım olsa yine aynı evi tercih ederim.

Gerçekten harika bir konaklamaydı. Bunda en büyük pay tabi ki ev sahibi Petros’un. Son derece yardımsever güleryüzlü biri. Yerin konumu zaten çok güzel, giriş çıkışlar çok kolaydı. Herşeyiyle çok güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Teşekkürler Petros 🙏

Absolutely loved our stay! The home we booked was a true gem. The views were breathtaking—waking up to those serene landscapes each morning was a real treat and at night the Bodrum castle looked stunning. The space was beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we could need. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, and their local tips were super helpful. The neighborhood itself was peaceful yet close enough to everything we wanted to explore. Plus, the internet was fast and reliable, which was a big plus! The home was also spacious and had a warm, comfortable vibe that made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this place—can’t wait for another stay!

Evin konumu harika, her akşam günbatımı manzarasına karşı yemek yedik. Evden merdivenlerle denize inilebiliyor çok yakın, site gayet düzenli insanlar güleryüzlü, bayramda dahi şezlong problemi yok, deniz sabahları çok sakin öğleden sonra bir miktar dalgalı ama girmesi keyifli ve su sıcaklığı olarak soğuk değil, ev gayet güzel döşenmiş mutfak eşyası olarak herşey mevcut, Berke Bey çok ilgili bir ev sahibi ilk gün ev temizlik yapılmış olmasına rağmen havalanması için açık bırakıldığı için tozlanmıştı Berke bey e yazdık ve hemen yeniden temizlendi ev, evdeki mangal biraz eski ve küçüktü biz söylemeden ilk gün denizden döndüğümüzde yeni mangal konmuştu verandaya, çok etkilendik açıkçası. Herşey harikaydı kendi yazlığımıza gitmiş gibi hissettik. İki tane kocaman verandası var püfür püfür klimaya ihtiyaç yok, evdeki malzemeler kaliteli, biz memnun kaldık, tavsiye ederiz.

Harika bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Ev sahibi, öncesinde ve sonrasında misafir olmadığı için ekstra kalmamızı teklif etti ve sayesinde daha uzun tatil yaptık. Sanki Airbnb kiralamadık da arkadaşımızın evinde misafir olduk. Çok teşekkürler, tekrar geldiğimizde umarım boş olur ev :)

We had a perfect stay! The location was excellent. Everything we needed was within walking distance. The apartment looked exactly like the photos, was clean, and beautifully furnished. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in was very easy, and Stamatis was a wonderful host, always available, very friendly, and checked in to make sure everything was going well. We would definitely stay here again!

Çok huzur verici bir ev bayıldım! Manzara ve bahçesi fotoğraflardan daha güzel. Sakinlik arıyorsanız çok doğru bir seçim. Ben tek kaldım ama evde 2-3 kişi rahatlıkla kalabilir ve tertemizdi boyası yeni yapılmış mutfak oldukça büyük ve pratik yemek yapmak isterseniz rahatlıkla yapabilirsiniz her şey mevcut. Yatak odası büyük ve konforlu, 3 kapılı bir dolap var. Hem salonda hem yatak odasında klima var. İnternet hızı çok iyi evden çalışanlar için benim gibi. Ben bunu avantaj olarak goruyorum ama yinede belirtmek isterim ki eve ulaşım için bir çok merdiven var günlük sporunuzu yapmış oluyorsunuz ☺️ Ev bi tepenin üstünde araba şart ve arabayla 1dklik mesafede Migros, fırın, lokanta, kuaför var. Arabayla gümüşlük 7dk, yalikavak marina 12dk, merkez de 35dk. Zoe gerçekten çok ilgili bir ev sahibi burda olmamasına rağmen çok güzel ilgilendi her şey mükemmeldi, ayrica zafer bey’de her ihtiyacim olduğunda geldi çok teşekkür ederim 🙏🏼 tekrar Bodruma gelirsem mutlaka yine Zoe’nin evinde kalm

very nice cosy apartment. walking distance to Kos marina and small part of sandy beach. Bigger sandy beaches can be reached by public transport (bus) easily and very cheap. Not more than 3.50 euro. Bus station is 5 mins walking from apartment. Bus time table is easily down loaded from Google. Sunset on horse back highly recommended. Also Zia mountain village. Pizza con near the apartment must be tried. Our only issue was noise coming from the road but if you ok with it do not look any further.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definite consider next time in Kos. The fish restaurant next door was amazing, ferries to Turkey & other activities are across the street. Easy walk or bike rides to sandy beaches. Highly recommend Stella’s place!

We booked the two-bedroom suite for our family vacation. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful. For long stay guests, trash is picked every day and deep clean with towel change is weekly but when we asked for new towels they made an exception. The pool was nice and cafe next to the pool was good but closed super early (5pm). The restaurants around the hotel are pricey, so we mostly cooked our own food (ask for pots and silverware at the reception!) or ate out in budget-friendly and authentic spots closer to Bitez or Bodrum. We rented a car so it was easy to get around. The car allowed us to visit nearby beaches and towns because there is not a lot of public transit in the area. It’s a 5-min walk to a nice beach, especially if you go further right where more beach cafes are. Even though we visited in the shoulder season, the weather was very warm, we could swim in the sea, and there were lots of things to do without suffering the crowds and high prices.

The accommodation was exactly as described and as in the photos - everything was clean, tidy and well equipped. The location is really great: it's less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, and there are bakeries and small supermarkets nearby. Particularly practical for families: there is a kind of playground directly opposite the accommodation, so the children could play right outside the door and within sight. Host Michael was super polite, very accommodating and always helpful. You feel like you are in good hands. I can really recommend this great accommodation to everyone!

Such a relaxing place, and very quiet and peaceful. We had all that we needed in the apartment. We walked to local supermarket and cooked in the apartment, we stayed for two nights and just chilled on the balcony with the amazing view, we also took a dip in the on site pool. We are returning next year for longer because we loved it so much
