great property and super nice host , was nice and clean and had everything you could need ! unfortunately it had to rain on our mini vacation but that didn’t stop us from the hot tub and enjoying our time will definitely stay again the the future and add more days because we weren’t ready to leave! 😊

I can’t say enough about our stay at Jill’s house in Northglen. We had 6 bedrooms with ample space for all of us. The house was clean and the hosts were responsive during our stay. The backyard, including the pool are 10/10. The house is also very close to restaurants, grocery, a movie theater, etc. Can’t go wrong with this house!

We had a wonderful stay at Hannah’s property during a multi-day visit to Rocky Mountain National Park. The space was an absolute oasis after long days of hiking! Hannah was super proactive about check-in assistance, orientation with the amenities, and follow-up to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was very cozy, super clean, and provided everything we needed for a luxurious and relaxing stay. My favorite part was the record player and extensive collection of old records in the living room :) I spent some time sitting on the back porch, and even used the desk nook in the laundry room for some computer work. This place would make for an amazing remote work stay, especially with the detached office out-building in the tranquil back yard. Highly recommend this space to anyone looking to explore the Estes Park/Boulder area!! Top-notch hosting :)

Kirsty’s place was very nice, clean and felt right at home. Kirsty is very responsive and helpful.

From even before we arrived Michael was responsive and helpful, which made us feel so very welcome and at home as soon as we arrived. Any problem we had, no matter how small, was responded to immediately and with a perfect solution. The home itself was comfortable with plenty of towels, hangers and places to sit! The kitchen was well equipped and easy to prepare meals in. The location was a new one for us and there was a pleasant trail and easy walk (~20 minutes) to many interesting coffee places. We appreciate Michael for making our stay so comfortable, homey and easy

We had a wonderful time at Black Hawk. Everything worked as expected. At times it was so peaceful you could hear a pin drop. Very beautiful.

Incredibly kind. Honest and open communication. I stayed with my three, (unforeseen) ill children and still enjoyed the small “faerie nook,” as my daughter called it. I’d love to return with perhaps another lady or two for a quiet ladies’ weekend, with a just one significant other or even alone for some quiet reflection.

We loved our stay here! The house was beautiful inside and out. Fully stocked kitchen that we were very excited about and Gregory was so kind to leave a welcome basket and drinks in the fridge! There are hiking trails easily accessible right from the neighborhood. Overall the stay exceeded our expectations! 10/10!

Beautiful and clean space. Self check in is simple. Very much enjoyed the amenities and the overall vibe of the stay. It’s very quiet, though, so it is quite easy to hear on the other side of the wall.

We had a great stay at Stephen's house! The house was clean, roomy, well decorated, and had everything we needed. We spent 80% of our time on the back patio enjoying the beautiful backyard and Colorado weather. The RO water faucet definitely came in handy. The location was great - very nice neighborhood. We would love to stay here the next time we're in Boulder!

Quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance to the historic town of Niwot where you can find a few cute shops/galleries, cafes, and restaurants. A few blocks from the Main Street there is a shopping plaza with a local market, coffee shop, and restaurants. The home is less than a 15 minute drive to Boulder and under a 10 minute drive to Longmont. Our family enjoyed the peaceful setting, large kitchen, and piano! Marisa was easy and friendly to communicate with.

The house is nicely furnished and very comfortable. The deck and yard added to our enjoyment. We appreciated Brenna and Nick's prompt and detailed communications throughout the reservation and rental process. So nice to be staying right outside the city and yet have easy access to any of the chosen meet-up places with our friends.

My friends and I had a fabulous time and stay there, we love the atmosphere and the view to the backyard is absolutely incredible. If you have any questions, JOHN answers very quickly. His accommodation was excellent!

Lovely house on the end of a quiet street which was perfect for our family (2 adults, 3.5, and 1.5 year old). The yard was great for our little ones to wander around/get energy out and the full sized crib helped to make our nights go as smoothly as possible. Location was close to all the Boulder highlights yet felt like you weren’t in the middle of everything which we enjoyed. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed Kelly's comfortable home. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, although we went out to eat most of the time! The beds are comfortable and was nice to have the large washer and dryer. We loved the location, near Old Town Lafayette, but also being close enough to visit Denver, Estes Park and Boulder on day trips. We would love to stay here for another visit.

We really enjoyed our family time in this unique home located in a serene setting. We really enjoyed the Japanese theme and the live tree in the center of the home. We felt cozy there and spent much time hanging out on the main level and cooking in the kitchen. The house was very clean. The only downside I would say about the home specifically is that during our stay some of the special "features" were not working such as the fireplace on the lower level and the waterfall. But overall, the stay was perfect for what we were seeking and we appreciated the open communication and responsiveness we had with Zhanna and Adam.

This house was amazing for our group of 9 ranging in ages from one to 70+. This house was perfect. We had plenty of room. The view was amazing!!! This house had tons of entertainment and thoughtful touches throughout. Whenever I thought to myself, it would be nice if there was….I immediately found it. We would 100% stay there again!

Beautiful community and even more beautiful home! Home was clean and tiddy. The home was full of natural lighting, which we loved! Easy access to garage to charge our EV. The beautiful monstera plant in the living room added the perfect touch for the homey feeling. Would definitely stay again!

The home was spacious and extremely comfortable for myself and 5 other family members. Perfect location for our Colorado visiting needs. Would definitely book this ABNB again if ever in this area of Colorado. Thank you, Josh, for a wonderful stay.

Jonathan's place was quiet, clean and exactly as described. he even had fresh flowers on the table to welcome us in at check in. he was very responsive to messages, extremely kind, thoughtful and accommodating. This was a great place to stay with the family. Our kid was over the moon when the toys were discovered in the lemon room. The space was nice for all and easy to find.

Brad's place is the place to go if your thinking about a getaway in the Mountains. This home is beautiful and all the amenities that it has are awesome. Very peaceful and very quiet place. Brad is very responsive. I 100% recommend Brad's place. I would definitely come back. Thank You Brad!
