✨Excellent Chalet Koralpe 70 with a spacious wellness area at an altitude of approx. 1,600 meters – right in the vacation village in the Koralpe hiking and skiing area. 🧖‍♂️ Indoor sauna, bathtub with stunning views, and a large terrace ensure pure relaxation. 🎿 The ski lift, ski school, and ski rental are easily accessible on foot or by ski. 🥾 In summer, hiking and ski touring routes start right outside the chalet. 🛏️ 2 king-size double beds & pull-out couch in the living area 📺 65" UHD TV with entertainment system

®HOAM House

The ®Hoam House is a chalet of a special kind. With its loft-style design, it's a great place to unwind and relax. Our highlight: a heated pool that is used as a hot tub in winter – with panoramic views of the Alps and close to Graz. Whether it’s a getaway for relaxation or a city break, you’ll find everything your heart desires here. The living space offers 2+2 beds (including Comfortable sofa). Right next door is the gym, which is shared with Schmoltis Chalet. Our alpacas are also looking forward to seeing you soon!

Summerdream at the lake. As a couple or with kids!

Our cottage is located directly on the lakeside, consists of 3 apartments and 2 add. rooms to rent (i.e. for children). The spacious lakefront property is a place of adventure and relaxation as well as an oasis for swimming, sunbathing and simply unwind - the contrast to crowded lakes. House and garden are well secured and only separated by an access road. Additionally: steam bath, playground, barbecue, fire pit, picnic tables, 2 rowing boats, washing machine, dryer and rooms with terraces.

Tree house buchengrün is a great place for a break on the edge of the forest. It is surrounded by trees, meadows, a fireplace and animal enclosures. Particular emphasis was placed on high-quality architecture: the tree house is sustainable and built with high-quality materials and offers a feel-good ambience in the middle of nature. It has already been awarded the Geramb Rose 2024, a Styrian architecture award and a timber construction award. It is quietly located away from the courtyard.

Hölzl vacation home

Surrounded by meadows and forests between the vineyards, the vacation home offers enough space to romp around and get some fresh air. The vacation home is ideal for relaxing and unwinding. Whether with the whole family or as a couple for a romantic break - or of course for sporting activities such as hiking, cycling, walking, etc. Everyone will find the right thing here. The 100 m² vacation home can accommodate two to three people. Attention: property not fenced (regarding pets)

The Koralpenchalet Sun, forest, nature!

Located at about 900 m above sea level above the cloud line is the Koralpenchalet in the picturesque village of Trahütten. Look directly at the Koralpe from the large terrace and enjoy the fresh forest air. The wooden chalet offers everything the vacationer's heart desires. Two rooms, each with a double bed and a sofa bed, can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. After an eventful day of hiking, you can relax in the barrel sauna or the wooden bathtub.

Relax in this special retreat in the countryside. This small, lovingly furnished house exudes warmth and comfort, inviting you to leave everyday life behind. The large, beautiful garden is a place of tranquility – perfect for taking a deep breath, reading, or simply enjoying yourself. Whether it's breakfast in the sun or a glass of wine in the evening. Here you will find your very own feel-good space to recharge.

Enjoy a unique vacation at 1200 meters above sea level, surrounded by nature, wellness and luxury. The alpine village offers chalets, private campsites and services focused on health, relaxation and gastronomy. Accommodation: Haus AlpenSpa: A charming wooden house from 1897 that has been renovated with modern luxury. A 200 year old "Kellerstöckl" (wine-press) adapted into an award winning house. Loft space and original wine cellar. Located within a small cluster of homes in the hamlet of Globeregg, the house is within close proximity to wineries in the area.
