Lift tickets are required in winter.Please leave your car at our sister store, Birdland. Note During the winter ski season, when the ski resort is open, you cannot check in without a ski lift ticket.You will need to transfer from the Sunrise Gondola ascending line to the Tirolo Triple Lift descending line, and call us when you get to the Tirolo Lift.If you call us, we will pick you up by snowmobile at the bottom of the Chilotriple Lift. We are a family run mountain lodge in a beautiful, isolated location. The lodge is in a national park, riverside, at the base of mountains towering 1300m above. Hiking trails start at the front door, swimming in the river during Summer is deliciously refreshing. See the seasons changing in Autumn on a walk to Ichinokura (2 hours round trip) or Tanigawadake Ropeway (10 mins walk) or climb Mt Tanigawa from the base. The snow in Winter is of excellent quality and plentiful.

Room 101 has no toilet on the same floor; please use the shared toilet on the second floor.
