Beach and nature log cabin

A natural and relatively simple accommodation in a charming, timbered cottage on a forest and beach plot with access to lovely forest walks and swimming from the beach, cliffs and jetty. The cottage is located about 7 km from Västervik city center on a plot shared with our family (2 adults and 3 children aged 8-13 years) and our free-roaming dog. There is about 80 m of forest between the cottage and our house, so you live in relative seclusion with forest and sea bay as the nearest neighbor. At the same time, you pass our house on the way to the cottage and often meet up with the dog and host family who move around a lot on the property in the summers. You should appreciate nature and tranquility but you should not be afraid of people or dogs if you are going to enjoy yourself here :) The cottage is a simple timber cottage on 1 1/2 floors with a lot of charm and a lack of modernities in the form of TV. Here, the children can swim and play in the forest instead :) The property is a hilly forest plot, so unfortunately the accommodation is not very well adapted for disabled people. Pets are more than welcome as long as they work well with children and dogs. Well-behaved dogs are welcome to roam freely on the property if they get along well with our own farm dog :) Welcome to a relaxed and nature-oriented vacation at Västerbo!

Cozy house with ocean views

Charming house on Gränsö with five bedrooms in two different houses on the same property, fireplace and sauna. There is a cozy outdoor room and a patio for relaxing evenings. You have access to a private jetty for swimming and fishing. Gränsö is a beautiful nature reserve with several hiking trails that offer fantastic views of both the forest and the coast. There is also proximity to Gränsö Castle, which offers a restaurant and spa. Perfect for those who want to enjoy nature, hike along the trails and experience a peaceful environment.

Stay in our charming little retro pearl of 78 sqm with large garden just next to Pelarne church. 5 minutes to Bullerbyn. 10 minutes (1 km) to Vimmerby and Astrid Lindgrens Värld. The house has two bedrooms, a common room, a dining room, a kitchen and a new bathroom with a toilet, a shower and a washing machine. Two double beds (one large, and one 140 cm wide) and a single bed (pull-out sofa in the dining room, for children or shorter adult.). Guests clean themselves after their stay. Please bring your own towels and bedsheets.

Relax in this unique and cozy home. Warm welcome to "129". Our guest house is located right by the sea, on a secluded part of our garden. Quiet, harmonious and peaceful. Swimming facilities are available. 2 km to Gränsö nature reserve with nice hiking trails, 3 km to Västervik city center. 1 km to Ekhagen golf course. Suitable for two or max three people. It is nice to dock by boat at our jetty if you want to bring a boat. Well-behaved dogs are welcome, but we would like them to sleep in their own bed.

Maak kennis met de rijke fauna en flora direct vanop het terras of tijdens lange wandelingen in de omgeving. Geniet na een duik in het meer van een barbecue op het sfeervol verlichte terras.

Nattstugan – charming accommodation by the church in Västervik

Bo i ett av Västerviks äldsta trähus precis intill Sankta Gertruds kyrka, med anor från minst början av 1700-talet. Nattstugan är ett boende som andas historisk charm. Den gamla loftboden har varsamt renoverats av en arkitektfirma på 1960-talet. Läget är både centralt och fridfullt, bara ett stenkast från Storgatan och Stadsparken. Lägenheten rymmer upp till en familj på fyra. Förutom ett litet pentry och badrum har gäster tillgång till en mysig stenlagd innergård omringad av kyrkparken.

In Västervik's archipelago is beautiful Gränsö, which is a peninsula and a nature reserve located about 5 km from the center of Västervik. Västervik became the summer city of the year in 2020. On a unique waterfront plot in one of Gränsö's best locations, we rent out our fresh 56 sqm cottage, from 2013. The cottage has 2 bedrooms + sleeping loft, kitchen and living room in an open plan with a fireplace. The cottage sleeps a total of 5 people. Toilet with shower and washing machine.

Here, 1-4 people can stay comfortably in a warm and cozy setting, with large windows that invite the beauty of nature inside. Settle down on the sun-warmed rocks or on your private patio with your morning coffee and take in the lake view. Take a refreshing dip from the jetty and enjoy the sunset from the cliffs.

Newly built guesthouse “Ludwig” in Västervik/Gränsö

Bara några minuter från centrala Västervik ligger Gränsö naturreservat, en havsnära halvö där naturen får ta plats. I ett lugnt område hyr vi ut vårt gästhus med viss utsikt över vattnet och naturen som närmaste granne. Här vaknar du till glittrande hav och fågelkvitter och somnar till stillheten från skogen. Flertalet badplatser finns och den närmaste hittar man ca hundrafemtio meter från gästhuset. Vandringsleder kan du kliva på direkt runt husknuten.

Välkomna till vackra Västervik! Huset på 30 kvm innehåller ett fullutrustat kök, ett komplett badrum med dusch, Sovrum med 2 bäddar och sovloft för 2 personer. Kuddar, täcken, sängkläder och handdukar ingår i priset. Gästerna bäddar själva. Självklart finns Tv, Wi-Fi och Bluetooth högtalare. Det är bara ca 10 min till Västervik Resort och ca 15 minuter till centrum. OBS! Huset har byggts ut 2025 för att få till ett ordentligt sovrum.
