Beach and nature log cabin

A natural and relatively simple accommodation in a charming, timbered cottage on a forest and beach plot with access to lovely forest walks and swimming from the beach, cliffs and jetty. The cottage is located about 7 km from Västervik city center on a plot shared with our family (2 adults and 3 children aged 8-13 years) and our free-roaming dog. There is about 80 m of forest between the cottage and our house, so you live in relative seclusion with forest and sea bay as the nearest neighbor. At the same time, you pass our house on the way to the cottage and often meet up with the dog and host family who move around a lot on the property in the summers. You should appreciate nature and tranquility but you should not be afraid of people or dogs if you are going to enjoy yourself here :) The cottage is a simple timber cottage on 1 1/2 floors with a lot of charm and a lack of modernities in the form of TV. Here, the children can swim and play in the forest instead :) The property is a hilly forest plot, so unfortunately the accommodation is not very well adapted for disabled people. Pets are more than welcome as long as they work well with children and dogs. Well-behaved dogs are welcome to roam freely on the property if they get along well with our own farm dog :) Welcome to a relaxed and nature-oriented vacation at Västerbo!

A charming Attefallshus in the heart of Västervik that offers you hotel feel. 4-5 minutes hiking and you are right in the middle of beautiful Västervik. In a few minutes you reach Gamlebyviken for a lovely morning walk. A newly built small house of 25m2 with bathroom, kitchen & bedroom. Open-plan with double bed. Koppla av med hela familjen i detta boende vid en egen sjö omgiven av de småländska skogarna. Vid sjön kan ni fiska och bada. Stugan är utrustad med luftkonditionering som ger behaglig temperatur inomhus även under sommarens varmaste dagar. Huset ligger bara 10 minuter från sommarstaden Västervik, och 30 minuter från Astrid Lindgrens värld. Inom 10 minuter bilväg finns flera sjöar för fiske. Boendet består av ett hus på 100 kvm och en gäststuga på 25 kvm samt en terrass på 80 kvm med utsikt.

Nattstugan – charming accommodation by the church in Västervik

Bo i ett av Västerviks äldsta trähus precis intill Sankta Gertruds kyrka, med anor från minst början av 1700-talet. Nattstugan är ett boende som andas historisk charm. Den gamla loftboden har varsamt renoverats av en arkitektfirma på 1960-talet. Läget är både centralt och fridfullt, bara ett stenkast från Storgatan och Stadsparken. Lägenheten rymmer upp till en familj på fyra. Förutom ett litet pentry och badrum har gäster tillgång till en mysig stenlagd innergård omringad av kyrkparken.

Our garden house is a newly renovated accomodation located close to baths, golf and nature with walking distance to the town centre-approximately 10-15 minutes. The house is equipped with a fridge, freezer, stove, oven and a microwave oven and all the kitchen utensils you might need. During the summer months you also have access to a barbecue. One bathroom with toilet and a shower cubicle. There are 5 beds; one king size bed, one bunk bed and one sofa bed. We wish you very welcome!

Bara några minuter från centrala Västervik ligger Gränsö naturreservat, en havsnära halvö där naturen får ta plats. I ett lugnt område hyr vi ut vårt gästhus med viss utsikt över vattnet och naturen som närmaste granne. Här vaknar du till glittrande hav och fågelkvitter och somnar till stillheten från skogen. Flertalet badplatser finns och den närmaste hittar man ca hundrafemtio meter från gästhuset. Vandringsleder kan du kliva på direkt runt husknuten.
