You will be vacationing with us idyllically on the edge of the forest, under Mödling Castle, a 15-minute walk to the historic Babenberger town of Mödling with its unique medieval ambiance, shops, cafes and restaurants. And if you want to visit the city of Vienna, take the train from Mödling to Vienna and after 30 minutes you will be in front of St. Stephen's Cathedral in Vienna in the city center. Directly from us there are numerous hiking and mountain bike routes, and a lot of cultural things to discover.

Our house in a good residential location is only 10 to 15 minutes walk away from Mödling's train station and historic city center. The nearby metropolis of Vienna is easily accessible by train. The night bus from Vienna stops around the corner. The adjacent Wienerwald is a paradise for hikers, cyclists, runners and mountain bikers. The local winegrowers offer regional delicacies.

Our open, spacious bungalow has 115 sqm of living space and a 30 sqm terrace facing east. There are some wide steps to the entrance door, but no barriers in the house itself. For visitors to our spa region and Vienna tourists, our hotel is ideally located with optimal access to Vienna. We are also pleased about families with children and provide travel cot and highchair. Well behaved dogs are not a problem. Cars park for free in front of the door, bicycles in the own cellar compartment.

Supermarkets, pharmacy, bakery, doctors and Heurige are also within walking distance. The ground floor apartment is accessible via a key box. Tourist tax of €2.50 per person per night is payable in cash upon arrival.

We offer a beautiful little, private house including terrace and free parking in front of our property. We also have an e-charging station for cost-effective charging. In 15 minutes you can take the train to Vienna Central Station, and in 10 minutes you can take the bus to Therme Wien Oberlaa. The house is 15 km from the airport. We also live on the property in our own house, so we are always available.
