Frédéric was very welcoming, the accommodation was new and very clean. We had a great weekend and the kids loved the large garden and the heated pool. The game room offers a multitude of activities: foosball, board games, TV area, etc. We'll be happy to go back!

A very beautiful family farmhouse in the countryside, in a quiet area, 15 minutes from Sens. Full of charm and very well maintained, it is a true haven of peace with family and/or friends. Plethoric and quality equipment, very large swimming pool, terrace in the shade in front of the house and overlooking the swimming pool. Responsive and thoughtful host. We came as 3 couples with children. We had a lovely weekend in the countryside. The house is well-equipped, clean, quiet and allows you to really recharge. I would definitely recommend this house. PS: we were very well received by Gwendoline and her family. All the explanations were clear and we had plenty of recommendations on activities or eating out. Thank you to them for everything and their responsiveness in meeting our needs.

Corinne was a lovely, friendly lady and her place was beautiful, full of character. We asked for a desk and chair for working and that was no problem. We love the bbq and that was supplied with charcoal etc. The kitchen very well stocked. We will return next year.

We were a group of 12 friends in the beautiful house of Betrand and Claire. We were delighted by the spaciousness of the rooms. We were able to sit together at the table indoors and outdoors, nothing was missing in the kitchen, we felt very comfortable. We used the pool and were able to create a cinema evening thanks to the screen and projector. Bertrand was very helpful

Beautiful and peaceful setting by the river. Great garden for the dogs plus kayak and paddle boards to explore the river for longer stays. Cecile accommodated an earlier check in which was very much appreciated. It's a shame we didn't have longer to explore the area.

We can say that this cottage is a prestigious cottage, very clean, bright, furniture and appliances of very good quality, with a large wooded plot and a beautiful equipped terrace. We were delighted to spend 15 days at Anthony's, a house very close to local shops and the city of Auxerre. A small remark, for us northerners, we were missing coffee cups or mugs. A big thank you for this stay that we will repeat if health allows. F.H.

Very nice and bright accommodation. There is all the necessary equipment for 4 people. You are 200 m from a Leclerc center and 15 min walk from the center of Auxerre. You can therefore do everything on foot once the car is back in the garage. Everything was clean and matched the photos well. Fabien is very welcoming, pleasant and very responsive. Available and responsive owners; housing well suited to 3 couples and 6 children (be careful of the height of some beams for very tall people). Furniture in quantity. Possibility of parking 2 cars in the private courtyard and 2 outside in front of the cottage. Proximity to Auxerre; wooded environment with cool walks in the undergrowth. In the village: 1 bakery, 1 pharmacy, 1 bar and tobacco shop. We therefore recommend this cottage; thank you.

We had a great stay at Philippe and Jennifer's. They are very kind, discreet and attentive hosts. We had a great welcome from Philippe, with gourmet welcome gifts. The house is cozy, tastefully decorated and has everything you need and more. The bedding is of good quality. We took advantage of the huge garden to "laze around" and rest. We were coming to Mathilde and Jean-Baptiste's home for the second time. It corresponds in all respects to what we needed for a weekend with 2 families with children.
