Zum Dachsbau - Three rooms on the Baltic Sea

Mindestaufenthalt: 7 Nächte! Drei Zimmer: Ein eigenes Schlafzimmer, eine eigene Küche & ein eigenes Bad in einem schönen Örtchen ca. 4 km vom Strand. In dem Zimmer können auch 3 Leute schlafen, da es groß genug wäre. Die dritte Person müsste auf dem Sofa oder auf einer Matratze auf dem Boden schlafen (im selben Zimmer). Von hieraus kann man sehr gut die holsteinische Ostsee erkunden. Zu unserer Familie gehöre ich, meine Frau und unsere beiden Söhne (9 Jahre und 7 Jahre) sowie unsere Hündin.

Die Wohnung wurde komplett renoviert 1/26. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Pers. und einem Kind geeignet. Ein Kinderbett + Extras sind inkl. Eine 3. erwachsene Person kann eine Matratze bekommen. 1 Hunde-Kissen ist bei Wunsch vorhanden. Du hast eine eigene Terrasse mit separaten Zugang zu Whg. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, ländlich. 200 Meter bis zum See in dem gebadet werden kann. Es lädt zu Rad- und Wandertouren ein. Mit seinen Seen in OH besteht auch die Möglichkeit Kanu/ Kajaks zu leihen. Garden happiness and country love await you at Regine's beautiful thatched cottage in the village of Bellin. Nature lovers are welcome and will feel comfortable here. Surrounded by meadows and forests, relaxation begins right outside the front door. Wonderful forest walks offer new discoveries every day. Fallow deer, sea eagles, bats and cranes are not uncommon. Lake Selenter with the best swimming quality borders directly on the village and the Baltic Sea can be reached quickly by car.

It offers an outdoor hot tub, shower with nature view, steam sauna, wood-burning stove, terrace, XXL couch and super king size bed, fully equipped kitchen, ice maker, Bluetooth music system, record player, Wi-Fi, 2 x BBQ area, bicycles, home office, 2 x spa, private cinema, giant swing, fireplace, swimming area, wood chopper and much more. Romantic loft for individual holidays on the Baltic Sea. In the heart of Lütjenburg, not far from Hohwacht Bay, various beaches (5-7 km) invite you to swim. Old beams, trusses, raw plaster. Original masonry & old planks. The house is raw and original, not dead renovated. Crumbs sometimes fall from the ceiling and the cracks provide fresh air. The loft is anything but uncomfortable. It has style. 29 m² of living space await you in the 100-year-old half-timbered house.

In the middle of fields and hedgerows you will find a quiet spot on the edge of the field with a wide view over the Baltic Sea. The Baltic Sea beach can be reached in 20 minutes by bicycle. A freshly converted 14 m² construction trailer with a bed (160), a small kitchenette and a seating area inside/outside awaits you. The toilet and shower are in another construction trailer next door. Fresh vegetables and eggs from our garden are available seasonally :)

Gentle hills, wide fields, lush meadows, here the Lütje Kaat is very close to the beautiful beaches of Hohwachter Bay. Cultural activities, playing golf, sailing, culinary highlights, beach or garden day, there is something for everyone. This small thatched cottage is something special, it belongs to a listed thatched roof property from 1850. A small idyll, with a large garden and complete furnishings, in which you feel comfortable right away.
