Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Guthrie

Brent and Jennifer were wonderful hosts. They were responsive and friendly. They answered our questions quickly about the home before we stayed. They were easy to coordinate with on check in time. They answered a question quickly toward the beginning of our stay. Brent gave us a thorough tour of the home and even discussed storm options with us and how to stay safe (because OK has its storms from time to time). The home was just as described. The best recommendation I can say is that we intend to stay again as Edmond is a place we frequent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this delightful place in Edmond and Brent and Jennifer as hosts!

Kelli was a great host, friendly, responsive and accommodating! The space was large and clean and was not too far from restaurants and shops. We went to a wedding at springs venue and this place was super close, highly recommend.

Great place to stay with plenty of space. The yard was perfect for our dogs, and I felt safe having them there. The Geese near the pond in front of the property were fun to watch and the house was cozy, especially the den. Only small suggestion for me would be to put a king size bed in the master. My wife and I would've loved that space on the ground floor but it was fitted with 2 twin size beds. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay

We loved staying at The Earth House! Kate and Richard were friendly and attentive hosts, the house had a great vibe and esthetic. We loved going to The Earth Cafe next door for breakfast and lunch. The location of the house is very convenient. A quick and easy drive to 1-35 and Main street, while still being in a charming old neighborhood not far from OU and downtown Norman.

Conveniently located to serve our needs while searching for a new home. Extra special little touches around the studio made it a fun place to stay. Very pet friendly with fenced backyard. Super comfy bed!

I loved the peaceful surroundings, it was a perfect anniversary getaway. We enjoyed the romantic and dinner add ons! The steak, salad and choice of sides were greatly appreciated. ♥️ She was very sweet and made sure we were comfortable. We would love to stay again.

I had a great stay here! I was displaced from a natural disaster and being in this spot gave me some peace that I desperately needed during a chaotic event. Stephanie was always very helpful when I needed anything and her staff were great as well. I loved walking my dog through the neighborhood everyday and all of the neighbors were very friendly. Great spots to eat at in walking distance also. I would recommend staying at Stephanie’s to all my friends and family.

We felt right at home, the hosts were welcoming and it was private. The view was great and was one of the reasons that we decided to go with it and it didn't disappoint. We will stay there again if it is ever available and we are in the area. I give it 5 stars all the way around.

We booked last minute for Memorial Day weekend due to a late change in plans and our main goal was to find a place with a pool. The pool was fantastic and we thoroughly our time using it (and our unit was close to it, which we really appreciated that!) Also, this is the most comfortable Airbnb I have stayed in! Everything was clean, they have tons of extras (sheets, blankets, a fan etc). The grounds of the complex are very nicely maintained to include the plants on the pool deck! We felt right at home and would absolutely book again if we are ever in the area!

The duplex was in a convenient location and was very clean upon arrival.

We absolutely love this place definitely giving it a five star. If you guys are in Guthrie area this is the place to be. We ended up extending our stay.

I drove from New Orleans to support the okc thunder last minute and thank god I found Son’s listing . It was clean, modern & quiet.

My boyfriend and I absolutely loved staying in Ryan’s Airbnb. We were just a couple block from the strip and right by the campus where our friends were. Would definitely stay again!

Great host. Communication was on point. The place looks so nice and beautiful. The location is close to almost everywhere. Longest should be 5 minutes. One thing of concern is the surroundings and the garage. Not so clean. Plus there’s water everywhere as a result of the rain. This is not the fault of the Airbnb but those that built it. Lastly I will recommend the space. It’s a lovely apt. Beautiful.

My family and I had an amazing stay! Both units were spacious and accommodated our large group! The beds were comfortable, the tv in all the rooms was so nice especially for the kiddos! The location its self is so peaceful and easy to get to. The host was very proactive and helpful from beginning to end. We would highly recommend staying here and would stay again in the future.

Cute little place. Clean. Had everything we needed. The furniture is a little stiff and hard, so if you want a soft mattress, this may not be your place. The pool was great. It’s in the middle of all the buildings, so it’s only sunny earlier in the day. The communication is great and they’re super nice. I’d stay here again!

The location was perfect and easily walkable to GIA for graduation. Huge plus because the traffic is crazy at graduation time. Meredith was an excellent host and the condo was beautiful. She was responsive to all questions and provide local treat for us when we arrived. The charcuterie box was delicious and the little loafs of bread were perfect for breakfast. I would definitely book again.

The place was exactly as described. The building itself needs some updating and upkeep that seems slowly being done. It’s very quiet. Neighbors are quiet. Parking is easy and covered. Jeffrey is super nice and responds immediately to any requests. The place is very comfortable.

Gretchen and Charles were awesome! They were very nice and friendly. They made check in a breeze and were helpful. An added bonus was the fruit, snacks and beverages provided! I would definitely stay again!
