Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Güzelbahçe

Sweet and clean place. The house has three buildings: 1. Main where there are kitchen, bathroom and little sitting room downstairs and two bedroom upstairs. I think older people and parents need to be aware of quite steep narrow stairs , especially at night if you want to go to toilet which is downstairs as I mentioned earlier. However, for us it was not a problem. The bedrooms are spacious. One smaller has tiny balcony with table and chairs leading to the garden. Another one bigger leads to the main street(quite) and old cemetery. 2. Garden veranda with chimney, big corner sofa and dining table, laundry room/additional bathroom. 3. Small building where there were sofa with tv, baby chairs, food for hungry cats;) These three buildings located in closed own area with garden. The house has everything what you need to live normal life away from own home. It was very quiet(including neighbors) and we tried to be quiet too to respect the neighbours. Of course a car is necessity.

It has a very beautiful garden, a patio suitable for barbecue and a sea view. The view from the balcony upstairs is also beautiful and peaceful. There are two bedrooms upstairs; the fact that the beds were new was a big plus for us. Downstairs, there is a living room with a fireplace, an open kitchen, and a WC. The house is designed in a very stylish and tasteful way in general. The air conditioning on both the upper and lower floors provided great comfort; despite the hot weather, we were never overwhelmed. The sea can be reached by car in a maximum of 10 minutes. Its proximity to Gelinkaya Beach, Mavi Beach, Çeşmealtı Beach and Urla center is also a great advantage. Everything that may be needed at home has been considered, there is nothing missing - I can even say that there is more. We would like to stay in this beautiful summer house again as soon as possible. We would also like to thank Mr. Haluk and Ms. Yeşim. They were very helpful in every matter, and they made our holiday even more enjoyable with their smiling faces and interest.

Everything was very nice at the end of our stay. The host informed us about everything and we received very quick and adequate answers to the questions we asked. The house was as it appeared in the pictures. Everything we needed was available in the house. Everything was spotless. We definitely did not have any problems with cleanliness. It was also nice in terms of location. In short, we were very satisfied with all the amenities and the host. It was a house we would definitely want to stay in again when I came to Urla. Cheers..

Lovely town house with the most helpful, kind hosts.

First of all, I would like to thank Ms. Görkem for her fast and solution-oriented communication. I stayed at home for a night to escape the city crowd and rest alone. It was the same as the photos. It is so nice to be in a quiet, peaceful and safe neighborhood while being so close to the center. The house was very clean. I did not encounter anything that did not work, but if I had, I believe that Ms. Görkem would probably solve it in a short time. The ambiance of the attic, the pleasure of the jacuzzi was wonderful. I'm thinking of renting again for the fireplace pleasure in the winter season. I really felt like I was at home. Peaceful atmosphere.

The host is very friendly, helpful and smiling, I felt like I was visiting my family. The location of the house is great, the Malgaca market is just down the street, the place was much more central than I thought. Staying in a real Urla house was a peaceful experience. The kitchen was full of all the necessities. A clean house, white linens and towels, wonderful embroidery that I couldn't bear to use.. The garden in front of the kitchen was a great pleasure under the bougainvillea for coffee hours. Sometimes, you don't even want to leave the comfort of your home. This is now my home in Urla. I would like to thank Ms. Hürriyet very much for this beautiful accommodation.

Our brother Uğur greeted us at the first entrance to the house. We are a very understanding and friendly brother. We felt like we came to our family friend's house with very warm and absolutely sharp rules like a host family, we thank him very much. After that, I will definitely spend the summer here, the house is immaculately clean, Mr. Uğur helped us with whatever we wanted. The house was well prepared. All needs have been taken into account. Everything I thought was missing was more than enough. The apartment is very old but the house is very authentically decorated. We had 2 days of pleasure. The host was very helpful, thank him. I think I will choose it again. Those who will go with their own vehicle can be comfortable, the house is not on the street, but there is a parking lot nearby.

The apartment is very well decorated and free of clutter. Very welcoming and easy to relax in. The view of the ocean is amazing. There are restaurants, markets, cafes, shops, etc. right outside the front and back doors. Also public transportation that takes you straight to the downtown touristy area. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend if you're staying in Izmir.

It may be necessary to use public transportation to reach lively places. Its location is close to all kinds of public transportation. You only need to climb the hill to reach the house after getting off the tram (you can avoid the hill by using the famous elevator). She was meticulous about house cleaning, leaving no room for doubt; the tiles were shining, the furniture was tidy. The house was furnished with great taste and we immediately embraced it as if it were ours with its warm atmosphere. In fact, some days we preferred to sit at home in front of the view instead of visiting Izmir. The hosts live downstairs, they took good care of us from check-in to checkout. We were able to get a quick response to our questions. The garden is very well maintained and pleasant. We were able to take advantage of all the facilities in the garden. The house is sparkling clean. We stayed 4 people, but it is a large house, even 6 people can stay comfortably. It is a great advantage to have 2 bathrooms. The only negative is the sound of traffic to the front room when the window is open. A house we would want to stay in again if we go to Urla again.

The location and sea view of the house were very satisfying, clean and tidy and had quite enough heating for those who would stay in the winter. The house is heated by natural gas and fireplace, and the fireplace and sea views make this house stand out from other houses. The house is in a decent neighborhood and the shop owners around know the artisan. The residents are not disturbing people, the apartment is generally quiet and peaceful. I recommend it as a Tourist.

We had a great stay at Asli's place. The apartment is new and beautifully decorated. It is well set up for guests. We had everything we needed. It is a real gem and exceeded our expectations. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Izmir.

Nurten and her husband were beyind kind and always checked in to see if we needed anything. Their home is situated on a pristine piece of property, that reminded me of a painting, the artists used every color available to bring life to their garden, while complimenting the breathtaking view. Mordogan translated means purple birth, referencing the sky and we witnessed quite a few from this lovely property. The home, was clean and had everything we needed, plus some things we hadn't thought of. The kitchen didn't leave us in despair, like so many other places that had us buying extras. If anything had been missing, I had no doubt Nurten would of come to the rescue. The beach and town are walkable if you are an avid walker, if not a taxi is within a phone call away. The town is full of cafes and eateries. My family and I will miss being there and hope to visit again someday.

Beautiful house and garden that make you feel at home the moment you open the door. Everything is right there so you don't need to leave if you don't want to. The area is very quiet (apart from the mosque next door) and yet has a small restaurant just across the street. Check-in, check-out and communication with the owners were very easy. Loved every bit an fully recommend staying here!

Everything was very nice, the interest and closeness of the hosts made us feel as if we were in our own home. The house facilities are also quite sufficient, especially the 3 bathrooms and the garden was very comfortable. The site has its own beach, but the showers and toilets were not open when we went, so we couldn't use it, but it was within walking distance of the house, and it was quite clean and enjoyable. A pleasant location where you can go as a family, very close to Alaçatı and Çeşme, we were very pleased :)

Aylin is a great host! The house is beautiful and located in a cozy village some minutes away from the beach by car. Aylin took care of us and supported us throughout the trip. We totally recommend staying at Aylin’s place!

I had a wonderful 2 days with my family. In the tremendous cleanliness, everything you can think of from the kitchen to the finest detail is available at home. We were very happy, it was really a beautiful, peaceful place in touch with nature. Mr. Bulent responds very quickly if you have any questions. We will definitely return for peaceful rest.
