It was a stay that met expectations, consistent with photos and descriptions that we didn't have any surprises. Mr. Nihat was a warm and responsive host.

Uğur and Aytekin were great and very friendly hosts. On request, they even allowed us to have a small celebration in the apartment. Although there were a little more guests than planned in the end, they weren't angry with us. They were also always easily accessible for questions or problems. The apartment was nice, clean and equipped with everything you need. I would therefore highly recommend it.

We had a very comfortable stay here. It is a great location, very close to the water and restaurants, as well as provides a good home base to explore other cities and sights. Metin was very responsive and very helpful. We got in about 2am to check in and he helped us out. We highly recommend his place.

We fell in love, always hoping to come

the area where the house is located is intertwined with nature. If you like the island or if you have a small child, my son would satisfy you. As soon as my son wakes up, he wanted to go out and see the chicken turtle. Mr. Deniz was open to communication if you had a problem. Everyone who works or operates there were helpful and people who loved the treat. They gave us tomato cucumber pepper from the garden all the time, eggs from the beach☺️. I would also like to thank you from the house. The house can meet the basic needs. If you'll have too much work in the kitchen, you'll need extra stuff because of the baby.

Mr. Ramazan moved our check-in time to an earlier time due to our special situation. It was a house where we stayed very comfortably with the baby. The neighborhood was very good, quiet, and there were grocery stores nearby. All the tools and cleaning products in the kitchen and bathroom were of high quality and abundantly available. The site is quiet, the parking lot is spacious, we had no difficulty in finding a place. We got a quick response to all our questions. Only the dishwasher was broken during our stay, which is normal.

The house has a great location. Close to the subway and grocery stores. It's also calm and comfortable as a neighborhood. There are enough amenities in the house as well.

5 stars is not enough for Hootan and his place. Every single second of my stay I felt like home. The house is cozy and has everything you're ever need. Neighborhood is quiet. Hootan was really kind and responsive. His co-hosts (his cats 😄) are the sweetest furballs you'll ever see, don't forget to pet them! I can't recommend this place enough, that's the best choice to make when staying in Izmir.

The apartment is in Hatay which is ten minutes from Izmir center by metro. Beautiful view of the Aegean Sea from the balcony. The bed is very comfortable and the shower has good pressure.

Host is very caring, friendly and helpful. He also provided environmental referrals. The interior of the house was impeccable, everything we needed was available at home. The products were very high quality and clean. The location was very close to the center, we had access to everywhere on foot. We plan to go back in the summer.
