The house is located right in front of the pool within the Republican site. It is 500m from Davutlar beach, you can easily reach it on foot. The pool is open to use from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 20:00. You can meet your shopping needs from the grocery stores just across from our site. There is an air conditioner on the ground floor in the house. Our kitchen has the necessary electronics and kitchen utensils where you can meet your food and drink needs

We had a pleasant time with my family in the comfort of home. It had a calm environment, intertwined with nature, as we wanted. The villas around us were empty. Mr. Cafer and Ms. Necla immediately helped us with our requests. We tried to provide a good service. The house was clean and as described. Even personal needs were considered. The internet was uninterrupted. It was a place where we could consider staying again. Thank you.

We stayed with six friends and it was a very nice experience for us. It was a farmhouse with basic materials for the house, surrounded by pine, olive and palm trees, with a beautiful pool, many vintage elements, and much larger than it appears in the photos. Mr. Seha was very good at communication. The only negative aspect of our experience was that we had to take our garbage to the container about 1 km away with our vehicles because there was no garbage container/box on the farm.

Mr. Sinan was very interested. The house was very clean and tidy. The location of the house had a natural structure. We were disturbed by the biting flies, but we stayed for a short time. It was a house that met all our needs. There is the opportunity to barbecue in the garden.

Cozy Villa by the Aegean Sea

It was really amazing stay! The villa is very comfortable, as it felt like home the next day. Beds are super comfortable. There are 3 bathrooms (1 with the entrance from the garden, 2 on the 2nd and 3rd floors), but we almost haven't used the 3rd floor. There are 2 air conditioners - one at the living room, and another at the stairs on the 3rd floor, so it cools 3rd and 2nd floors. But with the smart use of window shatters you don't actually need air conditioners that much if temperature is about 30-33 degrees. Kitchen has literally everything, and even more! Wi-fi speed is very good also. Neighbourhood is quiet, the sea is in 4-5 min by foot. The beach is sandy and wide, and it wasn't much crowded even during the national holidays. The nearest market is 3 mins by foot, there are all the essentials. A101 is about 8 min by foot, and near it there is small vegetables market with fresh food and good prices. Overall it was our best vacation!

Mr. Ali was very kind, the kitchenware was old and inadequate, but the apartment was quite spacious and spacious, it was wonderful to enjoy tea on the balcony with a sea view, I would definitely recommend it, we stayed very comfortably, thank you for everything 😊
