A semi-olympic pool including a children's pool is open for common use only accessible to the site residents. 200m2 indoor space with 4 bedrooms, 2 balconies, terrace and garden facing the pool&sea spread on three story building.

Our cosy and newly renovated studio is located directly in the picturesque harbour of Pythagorion. Its prime location offers breathtaking views over the boulevard, the harbour and the Aegean Sea, all the way to the coast of Turkey. In the harbour you will find many restaurants and cosy cafes to choose from. Shops are located just a short stroll from the studio, as are some beaches and archaeological sites. The airport is only 3 km away, so start enjoying Samos only minutes after you arrive!
