Upper Stables is a romantic hideaway nestled in the private countryside of Carclew on the outskirts of Mylor, in easy reach of creeks, beaches and Falmouth. The stables have been lovingly refurbished and boast wood fired hot tub, beams, woodburner, luxurious bathroom - roll top bath and rain shower and a large well equipped kitchen. There are many lovely spots to enjoy; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced garden with barbecue and fire pit for star gazing.

Trevassack House is a large Victorian farmhouse, a 7 minute drive to St Ives Bay & Gwithian's sands, or 4 mins to Hayle beach. Set in tranquil private grounds, the old manor of Trevassack overlooks Hayle. Big groups love the 6 large bedrooms sleeping 12, comfortable spaces, full kitchen, 3 cosy living rooms with stoves, hot tub (extra cost) with views, library and baby grand piano and conservatory framing sunsets across the St Ives & Carbis Bay hills. For 13-16 guests, the Annexe costs extra.

The sweeping coastal view from our town centre apartment is the same one described by Virginia Woolf in her novel To the Lighthouse, inspired by summers in St Ives: 'as far as the eye could see, fading in soft low pleats, the green sand dunes, running away into some moon country'. Quietly tucked away, the apartment is ideally situated for summer and winter breaks, and remote working. The harbour is a two minute stroll, Porthmeor and Porthminster beaches a short walk. Sorry no pets. No smoking.

A lovely tranquil detached wood lined studio cottage in the grounds of Trenoweth House, Gardeners Cottage offers spacious open plan living for two people with a sofa bed to sleep another adult or two small children. The cottage is set in the walled kitchen garden, as well as having shared access to grounds of the main house, the swimming lake and woodland that forms the Trenoweth Estate. it is a mix of fabulously simple and rustic with all mod cons. A luxury beach chalet at Gwithian Sands Chalets, right next to dunes leading to Gwithian beach. Bookings run weekly with Saturday check in. Shorter stays maybe possible. There are 2 bedrooms (double and two single beds, plus a cot if needed). Parking, WiFi, on demand TV, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, electric, bed linen & towels are all included. Up to 2 well behaved dogs allowed on booking (apart from between July 19th and 30th August). Closed from November to February.
