Holiday rentals with breakfast in Gwonseon-gu

We arrived late at night and were immediately in awe of how beautiful the hanok looked! It’s tucked away in a peaceful area, offering a perfect mix of traditional charm and modern comfort. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully presented. A welcome tray of Korean snacks and tea was a thoughtful touch. The hosts were excellent—communicative, helpful with arranging airport transport, and even assisted with our luggage on the last day. We truly wished we had booked a longer stay! A few small suggestions to improve the experience: a full-length mirror both upstairs and downstairs, a small bin in the toilet, hooks and shelves in the shower/sink area, and a door (instead of a curtain) for better privacy. An iron and ironing board would also be a welcome addition. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend this hanok to anyone looking to enjoy a more traditional Korean stay without sacrificing comfort.

booked the place mainly because of the vibes from the photos and happy to know that they're exactly the same as shown on this site. i love how it's located near to mangwon market and also many other cafes and cute shops surrounding. about 7-8 min walk to the subway station and also very close to hongdae. just need to note that there's no elevator and they only provide small-sized towels (but many of them!). not a problem for us but just a fyi note. love the place, overall would recommend for young group of friends!

thank you so much for this wonderful stay. the location close to Seoul Station was impeccable and made staying with two kids really easy. Liz was also really helpful and told us where the umbrellas were one day when it was pouring cats and dogs- proactively. we really appreciated that. we really enjoyed our stay and want to thank you again! We had an amazing 7-day stay at Juyoung’s place in Seoul! The accommodation was clean, cozy, and super comfortable — everything we needed for a perfect getaway. The location was great, and the space felt just like a home away from home. One of the highlights was the accessible rooftop, which felt straight out of a K-drama! It was the perfect spot to chill, relax, and take in the city vibes. Juyoung was also a thoughtful and responsive host. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again!

Absolutely beautiful and well kept and well decorated traditional Hanok. Outstanding and very responsive and friendly host who respected privacy well. Laundry, house and yard keeping including bed making, and large daily Korean multicourse delicious "breakfast" (more like a large lunch or dinner) that varied each day was included. The breakfast lasted us until dinner and provide a great glimpse at traditional Korean food of all types. The Hanok was perfectly quiet, with all the amenities, and very private. The location was great and within easy walking distance of many shops, excellent restaurants and cafes, a large local market, historic sites and two palace complexes and the metro and bus stations. We would highly recommend staying here.

Love that the place was situated right in the middle of the iconic shopping area of Seongsu, so it's walkable to all the must-visit stores and restaurants. It's also a < 5-minute walk to Ttukseom station, making it a breeze to travel to places like Myeongdong, Hongdae and more. Hana's place was comfortable and felt homely with all the right amenities. She's friendly and proactive in reaching out, sharing local spots around the area and offering an early bag drop off which eased our travelling around before check-in by a lot.

Outstanding hosts. Very helpful and provided excellent tour guides which we used twice for taking us around Seoul shopping. I highly recommend using the service, All amenities exceed what even the best hotels provide and well stocked. We were met upon arrival and provided with food for breakfast (milk, eggs, bread, etc). I am returning to Seoul in a few weeks and will try to find another COZE bnb. Wifi was high speed and reliable. These folks are a pleasure to stay with!

Friendly host and Gaya very helpful. They will help us to order delivery as our oversea credit card cannot make payment for delivery service. Environment was good and suitable for those in come Korea in bigger group size or family trip.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. In addition to the bed and desk, a fairly spacious space is provided, making it pleasant. You can use the toilet and bathroom alone, and it is very clean. You will have free access to the kitchen and refrigerator dining table, and there is always a snack street on the dining table for your guests. Check the breakfast time in advance and prepare it so that you can eat on time. While I was there, he treated me to a Korean meal. They say you can park comfortably, and if you go with the host, you'll also have access to a nearby gym and sauna. You said the facility was very good, but I didn't use it. I was using Airbnb for the first time, so I only booked for 3 days, but I was satisfied, so I decided to stay at this accommodation for the remaining 5 days and extended my schedule.

Here is very comfortable place. There are happy family. So I can stay happily also. I recommend this place.

I stayed for about a week in a hurry. We had a very comfortable stay with no shortage of anything! The host was really kind and most importantly, it was nice that he took great care of it so that it wasn't uncomfortable. There's no problem with parking, and if you want to stay nearby, I definitely recommend it ~ ~👍👍

I stayed here for 3 days, the Eco Stay felt as comfortable as home. The room, living room, and bathroom were all kept clean and bright. Although there was no TV, there was a lovely cat named "Sarang." He is so adorable. The living room is spacious, making it perfect for relaxation. Just a heads up for those sensitive to light—the room curtains do let some light in, but wearing an eye mask wasn't a big deal for me. Although the location is a bit far from the main tourist attractions (there's actually Seoul Land nearby), as a traveller, I would say that if you want to relax and experience local culture, this is definitely a great choice! Not to mention, the host is incredibly friendly,engaging and stunning. She also helped with breakfast every day, which was a special and delicious Korean breakfast. Where you can find such great service? Thank you again for your hospitality I hope to see you again! 🫶🏻

It was so neat and friendly place to take a sleep. The shower room is far away tho. Keep this in mind that this place is kinda guest house with a curtain as a door of your private space. Good and fair price I think.

The room and the apartment are nice, just as the neighborhood. There is a supermarket just across the street, a nice walk alongside a river nearby and a bus stop that gets you to Kyung Hee University in no time. The host was very welcoming and accommodating. Thanks again!

It was really neat, comfortable, and cozy like my home, so I slept very well for the few days I stayed. The host's delicate consideration stood out, and the cute puppy Bori was a bonus. The neatly arranged comfortable bed, dressing table, and bathroom equipped with everything you need, and the massage chair that relieved the fatigue of the day, everything was perfect. It was the best Airbnb accommodation with a safe system. Parking was convenient because the host registered the vehicle. I sincerely thank the host~~

This is a good place for stay

The accommodation was beautiful. All rooms and bed sheets were clean. Everything, including tableware and towels, was sufficient and luxurious. The barbecue fire was prepared in advance so that the meat could be grilled right away. This is the first time I've experienced a place that prepares like this. Normally, you had to wait while inhaling the smoke until the fire was ready to grill the meat. Breakfast was fried eggs, 2 kinds of bread, salad, ham, 2 kinds of cheese, cream cheese, basil paste, jam, coffee, etc., but it was at the level of a luxury hotel. Above all, the host, Kyung-seon, was considerate so that I could stay comfortably. The people who went with me were very satisfied. I had a nice stay. Thank you.

The accommodation experience is super good, it is located in a residential area and is very quiet at night, the kitten is also very cute ~ The room is just like the photo, the landlord speaks Chinese very well!!Don't worry about language communication, the people are very, very nice, you can contact him if you have any problems, I hope Santa can make your wish come true this year🛗

The accommodation was impeccable and the host was very friendly, always available and very responsive to advise or help us. The nights were very quiet and relaxing, and the accommodation is close to the subway (~10 minute walk). The accommodation has a traditional style, giving a rather cute atmosphere.

The house is perfect except for the steep hill in front of the house.The host couple was very friendly and comfortable. You have to use NAVER map to get there.Don’t take Google maps or you’ll get lost.

a beautiful stay! wish i stayed longer. the breakfast was amazing and delicious. the helpers on the property are so kind and generous. the building is taken care of and the rooms are small but very comfy! the bathrooms are nicely renovated. i highly recommend staying here for a unique experience.

It was a very satisfying stay. If I come to Ganghwa again next time, I intend to visit again.
