Apartment holiday rentals in Gwonseon-gu

I had a really good value for the money. It is in a good location within walking distance from Suwon Station. I was worried that the area near the accommodation was a hot spot, but the soundproofing inside the accommodation was quite good, so I couldn't hear the outside noise. As soon as I entered, it smelled good and was clean overall. The bedding was nice, so it was good for a good night's sleep. There are Nad products (shampoo, treatment, body wash), cleansing foam, cleansing oil, disposable toothbrush, and toothpaste in the bathroom, so I don't think there will be any problems. It's nice to have a dressing table, but in addition to that, there was also a Dokdo toner and Dokdo lotion. The cutlery was also properly equipped, so I used it well. It was also nice to be able to communicate and coordinate the check-in/check-out time with the host. If I go to Suwon next time, I want to stay again.

We were USA citizens staying in South Korea for 4 months. We enjoyed our stay. The unit is part of a large apartment complex. We occasionally had a few noisy neighbors at night, but the host was very responsive, and helped us resolve the situation. The heater worked well, and Internet/wifi was fast.

It was a great trip. There are a lot of tableware, a large refrigerator, a bathtub, a bed, a TV, and a beam projector. It's just so perfect. I'm 100% willing to revisit. Thank you.

The accommodation and bathroom were all clean and close to the subway station, so it was very convenient.

Clean comfortable spacious cosy - couldn't ask for anything more. Yeong Hui decked out the apartment with all necessities and it was fab. Lots of food and amenities nearby too. Thank you for being so responsive, friendly and kind. We hope to return one day!

I've been to this place before, but it's really It's a place that's perfect from start to finish. Is it possible to call this accommodation perfect? I liked everything, but the cleanliness and smell were crazy. From now on, when you come from the Suwon side, I've decided to come here. Dang dang dang ding ding dang dang dang ^.^

I stayed this place every time I visited Korea. Now it's almost like my second home.

There is also a subway station right in front, so it was nice to walk, and the parking lot was spacious, so it was easy to park. There's plenty of food under the building, so you don't have to go far. The room was so clean and pretty, so I liked it.

I've said everything since it's my second visit to the Suwon accommodation. ^=^ It's getting hot these days, but it was so cool as soon as I entered because the host turned on the air conditioner. This is where the host's consideration stood out. The 👍😇 house smells so good, it's clean, and it's the same as the photos. There's nothing to criticize!!! It's nice to stay with family, and I'll visit again. 🥰

There was nothing to enjoy because there was only Samsung Digital around, but there were a variety of things to do in the accommodation, such as Nintendo, PlayStation, computer, Netflix, YouTube, etc., so I didn't feel bored! Rather, it was better to rest because it was quiet! There are also several convenience stores and restaurants nearby, so I didn't feel much inconvenience and had fun! I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, but I liked the accommodation so much that I'm going to visit again if I come to Suwon next time!! It's better than what you see in the picture!! The bathroom was so neat, and it was so nice to have a fabric deodorizer! Separate collection is also easy, so I use it very conveniently.😋✨

It's easy to access because of its good location in Gwanggyo, and the house is very tidy! I felt that they had prepared everything in detail because even the smallest things were all equipped! All the family members were satisfied, and we are willing to visit again!

First of all, it was nice and clean, and there was no discomfort. There were many good restaurants in the same building, so the delicious meals were great.

I stayed at this Airbnb from May 22 to May 31 and had a wonderful experience. The place was very clean, tidy, and well-maintained. It had all the essential items needed for a comfortable stay, cutlery, pots and pans, cups, plates, glasses, a television, washer, and dryer. Everything was thoughtfully provided. The location is super convenient, with Galleria Mall, Lotte Mall, and Elport Mall all nearby. There are also plenty of cafés and great food options in the area, which made exploring the neighborhood even more enjoyable. We even saw a beautiful drone show over Gwanggyo Lake and watched it through our room window, just so breathtaking! The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, she truly went out of her way to assist us and always responded to messages very quickly. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay!

It was so neat and the location was good Unfortunately, there is only one spoons and chopsticks, so it would be nice to bring a disposable spoon when going with more than two people. Apart from that, I was so satisfied that I plan to come again next time ^ ^

My parents, who are over 80, bought it from abroad, and they explained it kindly and cared for it without any difficulty. My parents were satisfied. I want to stay in Korea, too. Thank you so much.

The apartment is really clean and spacious so it ticked all the boxes. It was safe and secure. The only drawback is that it's dark without the lights on but that can't be done as during the weekdays there is a building so close and people are working. I felt the lack of privacy was a disadvantage so we kept the curtains closed all the time. There was warning of building work, but be aware that this starts soon after 7am. As a base it was however well worth the money. Thank you
