Why not drop your bags with us during a champagne getaway! Our house with garden is nestled in the heart of the Côte des Bar in a Champagne village crossed by the Seine, awarded 4 flowers. Amenities: butcher, champagne cellars, electric vehicle charging station, bread delivery 2 km (Gyé/Seine). Multisport field and children's games 300 m away. We are 10 minutes from the Renoir Museum, 30 minutes from Nigloland, lakes, 45 minutes from Troyes. Linen included. Wi-Fi (fiber) throughout the house.

Wine estate, forests, lakes, museums, amusement parks, restaurants... Between Troyes and Chatillon-sur-Seine, a few kilometers from Bar-sur-Seine, you will have a choice of visits, walks, and activities. The garden is enclosed. The terrace has a view of fields and forests. We look forward to welcoming you :)

Detached house with 1200 m2 fenced plot. Quiet neighborhood. Complete renovation in May 2025. Key handover in person or key box. Parking in front or in the courtyard. 2 bedrooms with 160 cm bed, sofa bed in the living room. Garden furniture and children's playhouse to enjoy the outdoors. Depending on the date of your booking, you may be able to eat some fruit and vegetables from the vegetable garden. Entrance through a veranda (7 steps).

The sound of water. Birds singing. Forest immersion in a corner of paradise by a river with all modern comforts (bathroom, toilet). To complete this idyllic setting, you will find outdoor games (petanque, badminton), hammock, kayak and barbecue on site. WA trailer offers, in addition, tea, coffee, chips (offered) and local champagne for an extra charge. Possibility to rent a second trailer with kitchen (4 people + 2 children).

Guests can enjoy the view of our horses in the meadow, as well as walks in the forest accessible 200 m from the house. Ideally located, 20 minutes from historic Troyes city center and outlet stores, 5 minutes from Lusigny-sur-Barse for all daily needs, and 35 minutes from the famous Nigloland amusement park.

Completely renovated, you will find mainly Burgundy stone and local oak as materials, with refined furniture and personalized decoration.
